Naprawdę wspaniały ośrodek! Piękne krajobrazy, niesamowite interakcje z szeroką gamą zwierząt. Zajęcia dla dzieci były obfite, a personel zapewniał najlepszą obsługę! Zhou Zhou był zawsze pod ręką na wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dziękuję bardzo za oprowadzenie nas po ośrodku. Zarezerwuję ponownie!

Fantastic location and activities. Dinner buffet was good, but overpriced considering the food selection. Breakfast was nice and the proximity with the animals make it a special experience.
We had an issue with water on the floor, near bathtub, personnel was reactive and kind, but could not find the source of it and anyway it seemed there was no leaking…

the hotel and its territory are amazing ! the service is great, everyone is so friendly, nice and welcoming 😍 I especially want to single out an employee by the name 周周. she helped us during our stay at the hotel with any questions ! it is very pleasant and valuable. 💖🦒☀️
there are many fun things to do on the territory, I really enjoy our time.

We had an amazing time at this Giraffe Hotel :)! Our boys loved every minute of it. They were obsessed with all the animal interactions and inspired them to draw and discord more about each animals and their habitat. The manager there was very helpful communicating in English through wechat. So we were able to enjoy every activities that was offered there too. Our room was a cottage style and we enjoyed the view and the stay.

Great place for families, there are many activities for children including archery, rope climbing, trampoline, VR games etc. The service is outstanding, Jerry went above and beyond to ensure we had a confortable stay. He even helped us organise a tour to the Watertown nearby. Overall a good hotel for a weekend stay. The Giraffes are very gentle too. Great for kids!

五一出行帶娃想着上海周邊近些的地方去玩，前幾年來湖州龍之夢，本來想來長頸鹿莊園，都滿房了，所以這次提前兩個月早早就訂好。
湖州長頸鹿莊園
設施：設施齊全，小度智能語音，全屋設備都可以語音控制，開燈，開空調，打開和關閉窗簾都可以語音控制，洗手間裏沒有化粧鏡，但兩面浴鏡也是水蒸氣有也不會模糊的。
衞生：我們住的一樓帶浴缸，可能是一樓，下水道有些味兒，但酒店工作人員肖經理和客房部蔣經理都非常好的親自來幫忙房間通風，再噴了空氣清新劑，因為也正巧都滿房了。給了空氣凈化器，打掃也是打掃的很認真。服務態度很不錯。
住了兩晚
環境：被大自然包圍，真的是可以大口呼吸新鮮空氣，對於我們城市裡來的，還是特別特別喜歡！有點杭州雲溪竹徑的感覺。
服務：帶娃參加了小小飼養員，瞭解了很多關於長頸鹿的知識，小章老師介紹的很有耐心，可能五一人手忙不過來，研學2小時也想參加。管家笑笑也是需要什麼立刻就讓阿姨送，及時回覆。
上海坐高鐵一個半小時就能到湖州，打車40多元20多分鐘就到這裏了，也是很方便。
長頸鹿🦒我家女兒很喜歡，這裏就像是一個大氧吧，又可以和小動物互動，也可以親近大自然。
記得一定要做好防蚊哦。網兜樂園，竹林滑道和竹林飛躍很值得一玩！五一開了快7小時來，玩的所有項目孩子都很開心！值了！性價比很高！在我騎過的這些個親子酒店裡，長頸鹿莊園的性價比很可以，還超級出片！

1. 酒店環境優美，空氣清新，非常適合度假放鬆。
酒店管家笑笑服務非常細緻，升級了庭院鞦韆房，還贈送了小朋友小禮物，很開心
2. 房間佈置充滿了非洲風情，融入大自然，園林設計很好，早上有鳥叫，白天有各種動物的叫聲，包含了很大的小童樂園，萌寵樂園、滑道等，玩法豐富，小孩子不會感到無聊。
3. 早餐錯峯可近距離觀察長頸鹿，給長頸鹿餵食，讓孩子增長了見識，他很喜歡，大人在這裏也能享受到寧靜的鄉村生活，贈送的旅拍很出片，選片也很快。
4. 泰國餐廳停業了可能在升級，有點遺憾，滑道不到1米的小孩子和大人一起乘坐也是收取全票，建議按滑道車收費，而不是人頭。
