W ośrodku jest wiele uroczych zwierząt i bogaty program aktywności – kąpiele, spacery i karmienie zwierząt odbywają się w spokojnym tempie. Marzec to idealny miesiąc, ani za zimno, ani za gorąco, co sprawiło, że doświadczenie było fantastyczne. To obowiązkowe miejsce do odwiedzenia!

Recepcjonistka Yang była na tyle uprzejma, że ​​przedłużyła nam wymeldowanie do 15:00 zamiast do 12:00, wiedząc, że mamy trójkę małych dzieci, które nie czuły się komfortowo korzystając z toalet kucanych (dla dwójki). Obłożenie hotelu było niskie z powodu tajfunu — wiele atrakcji na świeżym powietrzu było zamkniętych, ale i tak świetnie się bawiliśmy. Jedna uwaga, jeśli tu zatrzymujecie się — nie wybierajcie pokoju na 1. piętrze, jest wilgotno i śmierdzi, ale na 3. piętrze było w porządku. Jednym z naszych ulubionych momentów było śniadanie z żyrafami.

We stayed for just one day and absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The grounds are very spacious, with shuttle transport available to take guests around. The staff recommend arriving for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. to queue for a window table where you can feed the giraffes. However, based on our experience, I’d recommend coming around 9 a.m., when the first wave of guests is finishing breakfast. We found it easier to get a table by the window then. A wonderful experience overall, and the kids were absolutely delighted!

Overall - an absolutely magical experience, like stepping into a fairytale, we absolutely LOVED our stay here, it was such an unforgettable experience! Breakfast with the giraffes was absolutely incredible, such a unique and surreal experience! One tip: if you want a table right by the window, make sure to arrive BEFORE 6:30 AM or LATER around 9:00–9:30 AM when it gets less crowded. The breakfast buffet was very good with an amazing variety of delicious food to suit every taste. You can also visit the restaurant during specific hours for lunch and dinner. During dinner, we enjoyed a wonderful live show with music and performers. And if you miss the restaurant's serving hours, there are other dining options around the resort. The entire hotel and wildlife park are beautiful and so much fun to explore! You can get around on foot or use the convenient shuttle service. There are so many different animals to see, along with plenty of interactive experiences. We especially loved the area with the adorable little budgies absolutely everywhere 🦜 Lemurs roam freely around the grounds and there are butterflies and dragonflies everywhere. It feels like a little paradise, full of life and harmony with nature. The hotel itself was also wonderful and very clean. Our room had a jacuzzi and we were welcomed with lots of lovely edible gifts. At check-out, we even received a cute little plush giraffe as a souvenir! Very thoughtful touches! The staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They assisted us with our luggage and patiently answered all our questions. A very special thank you to our concierge Liang, who was always available on WeChat, responded almost instantly, and helped us with absolutely everything. We really appreciated his kindness and excellent service. Another nice little bonus: each guest receives a free QR code to collect a complimentary bag of carrots to feed the animals. A couple of small suggestions for improvement: We noticed that the owls appeared to be tethered (?) and remained in the same spot which was quite sad to see. We really hope their welfare is being carefully considered. Also I personally think the experience would be even more magical without the music playing through speakers around the wildlife park. In such a beautiful natural environment, it would be wonderful to simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. I also wonder whether the constant music might be stressful for some of the animals. Apart from these small concerns, we truly had an amazing time! The whole place feels like a dream, and you can see how much thought has gone into creating a special experience for guests. We absolutely loved it and would happily come back! Highlyyy recommended for anyone looking for something truly unique and memorable🦒

We stayed at this hotel for one night on August 10th. The Giraffe Manor Hotel is located in a bamboo forest. We booked a package deal on trip.com. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, and we were a little unlucky with the weather, as Typhoon Dolphin was in full swing, so we weren't able to fully appreciate the park and its children's activities. We booked a Distant Mountain Family Room. This room is on the first floor; it's better to book a room higher up—on the second or third floor—with a terrace for a view. The room, bed linens, and towels were clean. The room has everything for children, including a play tent, toys, a children's skincare set, and a giraffe-themed toothbrush. There's a bathtub by the window in the room itself. On the table was a plate of seasonal fruit, a capsule coffee machine, and coffee capsules. There was also a children's snowball fight set. The room had a slight, subtle odor, possibly due to the humid climate; we weren't sure what it was. But our main goal, of course, was breakfast with the giraffes. We arrived at the restaurant for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. We recommend arriving at that time to get a table by the window; the giraffes are released at 7:00 a.m., which is when they're hungry. Carrots are sold starting at 7:00 a.m. A bag of carrots costs 30 yuan. We bought 15 bags of carrots in total, as feeding the giraffes is a joy not only for children but also for adults. The giraffes are very well-groomed and cute. They have beautiful eyes with eyelashes. We definitely recommend coming here with children. The breakfasts themselves are delicious, buffet-style, and offer both Chinese and European cuisine. They also have delicious ice cream. We also had dinner at this restaurant. The portions are very large; one dish is easily enough for two. Our package included champagne, but you need a separate paper coupon for it. Please confirm this with reception if your package includes champagne. We weren't given a voucher right away; we had to write to reception during dinner. The issue was quickly resolved. We communicated with the hotel staff through a translator throughout. Upon checkout, our daughter was given a stuffed giraffe. We definitely recommend this experience for families with children and not only for kids: breakfast with the giraffes will be a memorable experience for everyone. We will definitely recommend this experience to our friends and everybody.

Having breakfast with the giraffes was probably the best part of our stay. It was such a unique and amazing experience, although everything else about the stay was great too! 🦒❤️

Outstanding stay at Giraffe Manor. The giraffes are amazing and well cared for. All the animals were great and so wonderful to interact with! Get to breakfast early for a window seat. The distant mountain lodge was lovely and the special care provided by Yang made the stay especially wonderful. Will definitely return!

We were very disappointed with several aspects of this hotel. I’ll start with the NEGATIVES (positive will be below): According to the hotel’s description, it opened in 2020, so we expected a relatively new, modern and well-maintained property. Unfortunately, the reality was very different!!! ① The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The electrical outlets were installed at an angle, making it very difficult or sometimes impossible to plug anything in. The shower area was dirty and worn, looking more like it was 20 years old rather than six. The shower head sprayed water in different directions, including directly into your face. ② The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were poorly secured, and some did not work at all. We had to unscrew the bottles and pour the shampoo directly onto our hands. ③ The room itself was also poorly maintained. The floor had many sticky marks and stains, while the walls were heavily scuffed and damaged in several places. I understand that this is a popular hotel and naturally experiences a lot of wear and tear. However, for a property presenting itself as a five-star hotel, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is very disappointing. In its current condition, it feels much closer to an older three-star hotel. If you are considering staying here, I would strongly recommend keeping your expectations low and not relying too heavily on the promotional photos and advertising. The actual condition of the rooms was very different from what we expected based on how the hotel presents itself online. On the POSITIVE side, the beds were comfortable and the bed linen was clean and fresh, which we appreciated. We also really enjoyed the breakfast with the giraffes. If you want to get the best experience and be among the first guests, you need to start queuing from around 5:50 a.m. The giraffes are adorable and come up to each table, which made the experience very special and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. *I will not add photos of the beds and giraffes because hotel and other guests have all of them, but I prefer to add photos with real problems.
