We checked in at the Pizza Gallery per the instructions. We were welcomed and given the information to get into the guesthouse. The room was clean and tidy. The common area with TV and kitchen area were clean. We had a little trouble with a freezer that we thought was a refrigerator, but that was our mistake.

Very clean, tidy guest house! The communal spaces are spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything! Everything is easy to reach from here, and there is also an excellent pizzeria opposite, a swimming pool and a shop nearby. The hosts are really willing to help and explain everything! I recommend it to everyone who is looking for accommodation in this area!

Host offered a wake up call for Northern Lights. And delivered. She woke us up in the middle of the night and it was so worth it. Thanks!

Very clean and comfortable, like staying in a private home. A short walk from the bus stop. Cereal and coffee available. No downsides to staying here. You have to call the phone number listed on the outside wall when you arrive so the person can come and unlock the door and give you your room key.

Nice place, I wish there had been a way we could have dropped off our luggage early since check-in was late in the day. Also other guests were a little noisy from 10-11pm, but it was a great location, clean, safe etc.

This place has everything you'll need for a lovely stay. This was our first Guest House in Iceland, and it was well kept, quiet, and it was nice to see people out and about in the common area. Our room and the shared toilets were very clean. It's off of the main road (Route 1) and is pretty quiet. It was a great stay that we'd recommend to anyone looking for a place to sleep for the night.

Great time at the Spói Guesthouse for myself and my son. Owners are friendly, location is convenient, and it was great fun meeting new people. Will definitely stay there again when we make it back to Iceland!
