Excellent experience

Our 15th anniversary stay at the Falaknuma palace was a delightful affair in every which way! Right from the arrival at the buggy to the check in at the palace, the historical tour of the palace, to the mesmerizing sufi musical evenings, to the warmest attention at mealtimes....the amazing breakfasts with sparkling wine and extraordinary dinners with stars for company both over head and under feet....every moment spent here was sprinked with magic dust! Special thanks to the most amazing staff who made our stay a super special and memorable affair! Nasir ji, Pritha, Santosh, Jwala, Aditya and others at the F&B, Neil at the lobby, Kailash ji at the pool, Srikanth ji at the clock tower, the buggy riders, the team of musicians for the sufi Qawwali and the flutist sir....big thank you to all of you for all your small and big gestures for making our holiday an affair to remember and cherish always! Big big thanks to KV Rao sir for being so super patient with me for my photography requests! He the *** you need to seek out ....to take some of the most amazing pics of a memorable holiday! We might just have to return for a stay at the Falaknuma soon again just to get him to click some more of our family portraits! Thank you so much once again Rao sir! Cant wait to be back again soon!

We love this place and it really is heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are spoilt. I love the gym as need it with all the fantastic food and my husband always has the warrior massage. The palace tour is always interesting. My Birthday was one to remember with our fabulous room. Can't wait to be back.

Out of this world. Showed us lots of love and care- each and everyone went out of their way to make us feel special with their personalized service- Made the experience truly Memorable and Royal! The ittar ( perfume) bath each evening or the evening high tea followed by the guide tour of the palace - thevery efficient staff who attended my mother in the wheel chair or the buggy ride and rose petals showers on us .. the peacocks in the courtyard or elaborate breakfast spread.. every moment was special!

Here starts our journey of falaknuma palace experience from lobby.Mr.Harsh welcomed us by offering sword and crown to my little prince and princess they where very happy with the toy and he came up to my room and did the check in process for our convenient.when ever we go outing from the gate to palace santhosh and ***na helped us with buggy ***** chilled water with smile all the time.Once we reached room the house keeper met us with the associates and checked the comforts and placed the kids amenities. associates are so kind to my kids thank you.Room was spacious and well maintained. F&B service This summer vacation trip purely planed for my kids only. Once we reached room with in 15 Minutes we got our kid food. it was so quick and delicious first time my 1yr old son ate so much food we where so happy.Thank you so much chef, Mr.ashis and team. Lunch we had at Adaa indian restaurant food was so good.great table were and ambiance mr.sourav ***ager came and checked the experience and explained about the evening happenings at the hotel, it was helpfull.Mr.Nilesh and ajay who attended our table explained about the cousin and suggestions ***** with some other colleagues served us very well. sorry can't able to recall other's names totally it was great experience for us and our kids too. Breakfast at seleste was another miles stone in dining experience very nice food and services by Mr.Nazir and team adithya sudhakar sujatha .sous chef also met us and checked the experience Live counters of food and tea was so delicious thank you chef and service team for giving us wonderful and memorable experience. Room service Because of our kids Most of our meals ordered from room only. the IRD team taken care of all our requests so well especially the order taker shaswathi didn't forgot to take kids order every time,Associates served food on time can't recall their names sorry. In our stay Swimming pool saved us from the summer heat all the time.Kidw enjoyed and my daughter learned swimming also better thanks to pool attenders Morning peacock feeding was amazing experience.kids play room was very good and palace tour was taken place at evening.after that Singer where performing in front of the restaurants,we enjoyed. Check out was taken cake by mr.shubam and team they where so humble. Overall experience was so good one of the life time memories given by the taj falaknuma thank you one and all.

Exceptional service ! The way they planned my son’s birthday was outstanding. They truly make you feel like royalty. Awesome food and range of choices at breakfast. The chauffeur Abid deserves special recognition as he took great care of us. Nasir who heads the restaurant was great understanding our needs and taking care of it well in advance.

Travelling to Taj properties over the years (palace or otherwise) we can attest that when it comes to hospitality, no one does it better than TAJ!!! From Devendra and Bipasha at the front desk, to the ***ager Nasir at Celeste, to the pool and wellness center people...... the entire staff work tirelessly and strive to make your stay royal and memorable. Everything is done immaculately to offer you the most wonderful experience. The only small negative would be the cleanliness of the main pool and the surrounding small water bodies, which could be improved upon. All in all the stay delivers an absolute Regal experience.
