Excellent experience

Our 15th anniversary stay at the Falaknuma palace was a delightful affair in every which way! Right from the arrival at the buggy to the check in at the palace, the historical tour of the palace, to the mesmerizing sufi musical evenings, to the warmest attention at mealtimes....the amazing breakfasts with sparkling wine and extraordinary dinners with stars for company both over head and under feet....every moment spent here was sprinked with magic dust! Special thanks to the most amazing staff who made our stay a super special and memorable affair! Nasir ji, Pritha, Santosh, Jwala, Aditya and others at the F&B, Neil at the lobby, Kailash ji at the pool, Srikanth ji at the clock tower, the buggy riders, the team of musicians for the sufi Qawwali and the flutist sir....big thank you to all of you for all your small and big gestures for making our holiday an affair to remember and cherish always! Big big thanks to KV Rao sir for being so super patient with me for my photography requests! He the *** you need to seek out ....to take some of the most amazing pics of a memorable holiday! We might just have to return for a stay at the Falaknuma soon again just to get him to click some more of our family portraits! Thank you so much once again Rao sir! Cant wait to be back again soon!

We love this place and it really is heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are spoilt. I love the gym as need it with all the fantastic food and my husband always has the warrior massage. The palace tour is always interesting. My Birthday was one to remember with our fabulous room. Can't wait to be back.

A special mention must be made of the palace’s magnificent library, home to over 5,000 rare books. This literary treasure trove, with its collection spanning various genres and centuries, offered a serene and intellectually stimulating retreat. This was our first palace property stay and enjoyed to the fullest. Initially we were not planning to visit Falaknuma as the pics were not appealing but they do not justify the Palace. The hospitality was at next level and the stay was as luxurious and Royal as it can be. The team did everything in their capacity to ensure our experience is good and we leave satisfied with a feeling to come back. My daughter had baking experience wearing the chef cap and apron and she was so happy. Peacock all around makes it more special and royal as we don’t find them around us anymore. Sufi experience was also great. Overall a memorable stay.

We were in Taj Falaknuma on 27th and 28th May 2024. It was my birthday on 28th so were there to celebrate the special occasion. We travel a lot across the globe but we have never had such good service, comfort and hospitality anywhere else. It was a unique experience, a holiday that we will cherish forever. Everything from the start to the end was over the top good. You truly treated us like royalty from the get go. You didn't loose one opportunity to celebrate me on my birthday. Thank you thank thank you. PS: I am never the one to write feedbacks but you treated us so well that there is no way I would miss giving a great feedback.

Excellent breakfast.....Excellent continental cuisine....well informed and polite staff....neatly kept facilities.....the very high charges for photography needs to be dispensed with for atleast family pics...after all people want to take back memories of their get together.

Our visit to Falaknuma was a memorable experience that has captured our hearts. Right from the welcome to check out it was a fantastic experience and every detail was taken care of. The staff were very courteous and made us feel like royalty! The Nizami style cuisine appealed to our taste buds. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, very clean with all amenities. The palace tour, high tea, Sufi music all added to the experience. The architecture of the palace is magnificent. It has some exquisite artefacts of cultural and historical interest.
