I stayed for 3 nights and had an enjoyable stay. Friendly and efficient staff, perfectly located with free parking, a nice breakfast and a lovely poolside eating and lounging area. Just a 4 as rooms are a little worn, in-room safe erratic and the to didn’t work well…But again very friendly staff members who were prompt and welcoming.

Lea is a wonderful barmaid and provided great service making my experience at Hotel Mercure a wonderful experience. She was friendly, professsional and has a wonderful sense of humor. I recommend this hotel highly because you feel well taken care of by staff that goes out of their way to ensure your needs. Bravo to Léa and her colleagues for a wonderful synergy and team spirit...even short staffed Lea manages to smile!

Service is good and room was clean. Sadly rooms are pretty small and the AC didn't really work so had to have window constantly open. Staff indifferent about the situation. Pool and bar area nice.

Unfortunately, we are a flight crew and was hoping to get 4-5 hrs of crew rest before continuing our trip….. there is construction going on !!!! We were unaware of this until we climbed into bed and the saws and drill started! Hotel should have alerted us prior to checking in !!

Connaissant les hôtels du groupe accord,je suis pris que cet établissement soit un mercure. En effet,les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur ,la salle de bain n’est pas terrible,le tuyau de douche est trop court si on mesure plus de 1,80m,le pare douche n’est pas efficace contre l’eau qui coule . Les taches sur la moquette dans la chambre et les couloirs ne donnent pas une impression de propreté. Le petit déjeuner,lui aussi,ne vaut pas 20€,pas suffisamment qualitatif. La localisation et son parking collé au flunch ne fait pas top non plus. Pour finir sur une note positive,le personnel fait son job du mieux possible,félicitation à eux

Personal ist extrem unflexibel in Bezug auf Checking Zeit. Alle Zimmer werden zeitgleich um 15 Uhr fertig.

j'ai eu l'occasion de diner au restaurant de l'hôtel, très bon accueil et plat généreux , service rapide , je vous recommande le steak de thon la cuisson était parfaite , le café gourmand est impeccable
