This property is beautiful and all the staff is so nice and helpful and they’re always striving to do their best. The room was nice and it was perfect for me and my family, we all slept comfortably and the view was unbeatable. Absolutely breath taking. There were so many activities for everyone in the family. Had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend it to everyone

Pricey, but decent place. Staff at the reception were all very young kids, inexperienced and giggly, making fun of my lack of Spanish skills. We had a triple room for 2 adults + Child but they made us pay 14000 cop for the child. I thought the booking should have had it and I thought that was unfair. Tacky extra bed given. Great pool. Strange that there was no coffee maker in the room or complimentary coffee at the reception.

With my family we frequent the Estelar Hotels in Colombia in our travels, we had previously booked via ******* chat for the Christmas event in the city of Ibague Hotel Estelar Altamira, when we arrived at the hotel to check in they confirmed that we did not have our reservations available. It is a pity, they looked for responsible everywhere but no solution, finally we were left without the meeting and with Christmas in our rooms. Surely we will not choose this option for our trips again.
Thanks to Estelar Hotels for making our Christmas unforgettable.
