This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and new, perched on the top of a small mountain right in Ibanda. There is a very nice bar area with views on the 2nd floor. Staff was very nice and hospitable. This is my favorite place to stay in the area.

Brash unfriendly service, shifting position and deceptive communication as to whether or not the steam bath and sauna were part of the room package. They only confirmed that steam bath and sauna were Not part of the package and billed us for them in the morning after havung informed us before we used them that the staem and sauna were part of the room package. WORST of all there were BEDBUGS in the room. The attitude of the manager and service staff did not indicate that they even appreciated the gravity of the bedbug infestation.
