Genel olarak memnun kaldık.tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.konumu çok iyi,plaja yakın. Çalışanlar iligili.yemekler güzel ve çeşitliliği fazla.Havuz ve oda temizliği ***et iyi. Canlı müzik yok, bar kısmı daha canlı olabilir.

Otelin konumu gelen olarak iyi ve denize çok yakın. Sahildeki şezlong sayısı az fakat çok kalabalık değildi heralde biz bir problem yaşamadık. Çalışanlar genel olarak çok iyi, kibar ve yardımsever. Temizlik ve yemekler 4 yıldızlı bir otele göre tatmin edici değil zayıf kalmış. Fiyatına ve yıldızına göre olanakları daha fazla olmalıydı.

Stayed here in August for 2 weeks, we ate there once as a family of 4, food was vile and no I’m not exaggerating, we booked a family room and ended up with what I’d like to call an attic room, there was next to no space for us to get ready, an attic room was not at all what we paid for, we then contacted a holiday rep as the hotel staff were not helpful at all, the holiday rep told us the hotel manager had agreed to switch us rooms to an actual family room the following Friday, it got to Friday we went to the hotel reception and they claimed they knew nothing at all about the move and pretty much tried to shut us up. I believe that we were shoved up in the staff quarters, our pillow cases were changed once in 2 weeks and only because we asked for them to be changed which is ABSURD when you have payed for an all inclusive, the floors were disgusting, there was lights hanging out of the walls, mirror was disgusting, the lighting was terrible, the view from our balcony was terrible, we had my nana with us and she is 71 and has trouble with her knees she had to walk up 2 massive flights of stairs multiple times a day, the hotel staff knew this and still refused to move us!!! This of course ruined my nanas holiday as it was not what she expected, this hotel should not be aloud to be advertised as it is advertised falsely, we were told there was lofts to all floors yet we still had to walk 20 mins from any lift to our room + 2 flights of stairs🫣 god help a family with children having to carry a buggy up and down them stairs every day!!! No idea how this can be advertised as a 4 star

After reading some of the very unfair reviews, I wanted to write truthfully about our experience. The hotel and outside areas are immaculately clean, cleaning staff were visible 24 hours a day. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding changed also daily The food was not labelled in the dining area, which would have been helpful, however there was always plenty choices available. I was with my 14 year old son, who was not impressed with the food, but between 12:00-16:00 the snack bar is open to provide chips, burgers, pasta, toasties. The bar staff were all very friendly and had a laugh with my son, especially Benjamin, who made us laugh a lot 😁

Do not accept room 140 if this is offered to you. It is like a prison cell thar you cannot stand up straight in. Complained daily and they would not move us saying no more rooms available yet i could go online and book one if i wanted to pay. Food appalling, drinks made us all ill and the smell around the bar was disgusting. The staff were rude, told lies, dirty wiping noses then serving our drinks.. put my sister in a room and then tried to make her move the next day, took her to a room they had just moved a family to. The rooms for 2 people bigger than ones for 4. 2 chairs on balcony 4 of us No hairdryer No remote that worked Air con units on balcony blowing warm air, at floor level so was hotter than outside. No where to iron Cleaned room first time on Monday and no towels or toilet roll left. . Like they did it on purpose because i had complained daily about room. Had the worst holiday i have ever had. After day 2 i wanted to get home the room itself was unbearable but could have coped better if i could find a bit of comfort somewhere else in the hotel. Sunbeds were scarce

So, let's start with the good points- the hotel is clean and fairly centrally located. Unfortunately the rest of the review is negative. The all inclusive food is repetitive and basic. If you're a vegetarian there are only a couple of variations during the week and there is zero food labelling. We ended up eating out every day as the choice and quality were so poor. Theres a 30 minute window for ice-creams at 5pm, resulting in a very long queue. There's no entertsinment or air conditioning in communal areas. This is not the norm for the area and meant we didn't spend much time in the hotel as it was unbearably hot and boring. The rooms are small and despite booking 2 family rooms (with a double and 2 twin beds) we ended up with 4 double rooms. This wouldn't have been a problem except the rooms were on different floors and teenage siblings were expected to share a double bed. The most upsetting thing, though, was how unwelcome we were made to feel. As an example, on numerous occasions staff overtly ignored english visitors in order to serve Turkish holiday makers or walked away from the bar entirely when we approached them for a drink. We spoke to 4 other english families during our stay who had all had similar experiences. I've visited Turkey numerous times before and never had this experience but it's definitely put me off going back.

I was really torn with booking here due to the very mixed reviews. Overall, I liked it but its definitely not without the below thoughts, which may not be suitable for the type of holiday you want.... Positives- Three pools. Two are deep and one is shallow for children. The biggest pool is in the shade post 1pm but it's still very warm and nice to get away from the sun too. Generally before 10am towels hadn't been put down to reserve a seat. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Walking distance to beach and shops, bars and restaurants. They use pepsi etc instead of unbranded items. Modern communal areas of the hotel. This is all very clean. Air con in the room which stays on so when you walk back in, it's already cool. Negatives- It's right next to a very loud bar called Shake Bar. The music is incredibly loud and could be heard very clearly in our bedroom. We were on the side facing the venue which also wasnt ideal. It plays music from 9:30pm until 1am. If you aren't staying here with the intention of staying out, it can make it annoying. We did excursions which meant we had to be up and out early and therefore didn't sleep so well as couldn't fall until gone 1! Bedrooms are a little run down and the people who come in each day, only do one thing as such. E.g one day we had new toilet rolls and the beds made. But it was with dirty sheets and didn't have clean towels. The next day, we had new towels and clean sheets, but the floor was never swept. But they are decent enough to sleep in etc. Things to consider- Food - it's a cheap place to book and the food ( I feel) is in line with the value. It's mostly an extensive range of salad items, with roughly three/ four hot choices. Mostly rice and chicken etc. I didn't expect here going to have an amazing meal, but I did manage to eat things each day. The freshly cooked pittas are very good, however! If you have any allergies you cannot book this place. No food is labelled. You have no idea what you're eating. The desserts are very tasty. It's not a cultural destination. I didn't know this when booking. It's aimed at British tourists and all restaurants and shops are British food / titled and they have endless retail shops with fakes. If that is what you're travelling for, e.g just sun and sand, then it's fine. If you're travelling for culture, you won't get it here. However, a small tip is if you travel into Marmaris old town, you can very briefly feel it. It's only roughly 60p to travel by bus, they run every 15 mins from 7am- 12am and takes 15mins ( no Aircon) there is also an excursion over to Rhodes old town which is stunning.
