A delightful property that has long been our favorite place to stay on Idaho Falls. Very well kept and clean, and great for our puppy as all rooms have a door to the outside with a park across the street along the Snake River. The included breakfast is restaurant- quality with all the trimmings including a custom omelet station. The staff is very friendly and we always get the idea they are happy to host us.

Pet friendly. Clean room, bedding and bathroom. Beds were really comfy. Hotel staff were really friendly and the continental breakfast was a great start to the day. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, hotel was well maintained and our room was clean. Nice amenities, indoor jacuzzi and gym. Excellent free breakfast with fresh made omelets. Super nice staff.

Excellent place to stay. Room is spacious and well appointed. Love the walk-in shower! Staff is so friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. VERY reasonably priced! Stayed at another BW in Mesquite and it was twice the price! Would highly recommend this motel.

Did a last minute overnight stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved that the river was right across the street. Went for a nice walk with our kids after a long drive. Room was nice and beds comfy. The breakfast had great options! Would definitely stay there again.

Best Western, Driftwood Inn, was an excellent choice for our overnight stay in Idaho Falls. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the convenience of parking right outside our room on the ground level and not needing to walk through a hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with choices to appease various eating preferences. The kitchen staff made eggs to order, including an omelet with fresh veggies and ham. There were also pastries, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and more. All the food looked fresh, and the area was clean. The only complaint (minor) was that there wasn't a local paper available to read in the morning. I loved having the Greenbelt trail across the street for a morning walk. We will return the next time we pass through the area.

We enjoyed staying at Best Western Drift Wood Inn. The bed and pillows were so comfy! The room was spotless clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, check in was smooth and quick. The lobby was cozy warm with plenty of complimentary hot drink options. The breakfast was delicious with many different types of food. I will definitely be staying there again!

Emily, the manager is a saint. Kind, professional and a sweetheart - friendly and accommodating. This is by far the Best Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend it. I pass through Idaho Falls quite often, this will be my place of choice from here on out. - Adam C.
