The location is good but the service is bad. The buildings are in ruins. They should invest a little fixing everything up a little. It is huge but not at all maintained. The pools must be fixed as the tiles are coming out

I have been visiting since last 10 years , Same facility and even worst from year to year Pool dirty and not maintained Kitchen stuff broken Tv cable is not working Garden outisde not maintained We claimed over and over This is my last time visiting I don't recommend at all

This was a very bad experience while in the city of Ifrane. It was very badly maintained, understaffed. The gardens are all dried up. The building walls are falling apart. I have never seen a disaster like this. The worst is that they overcharge. We ended up booking somewhere else.
