We payed a good amount to stay here and de acomodations are good, but don't offer some kind of dish to warm some food in the microwave and wait almost 1 hour to replace the empty coffe bottle is very bad! We see costumers wating about 15 minutes for an empty table. Honestly, I don't recommend!

Pool was great and morning breakfast was fantastic. Otherwise, getting there was difficult from the ferry, and they have limited lunch/dinner options. It's far from the town so your option is to taxi/bus it to town, or go to the mercado next door to grab food and they look down at you for eating at the pool.

The hotel has a hot tub and heated pool that are beautiful. Conveniently located in front of a beach and about a 15 minute walk uphill to a very nice beach as well. After your check out time you can still use the pool there and the staff was very friendly. The scenery surrounding the hotel is amazing!

O hotel é super aconchegante, e o atendimento excelente! Parabéns para Marta que nos atendeu na piscina, super atenciosa e divertida! E as meninas da recepção Stephany e Priscila, pelo mimo, amamos! Lugar gostoso, tranquilo! O café da manhã super gostoso e o atendimento ótimo!

Passei o final de semana com minha família neste hotel, e a experiência foi maravilhosa! A localização do hotel é perfeita, em frente a Praia do Portinho, uma praia pequena, mas muito agradável! O hotel possui uma boa infraestrutura, com quartos amplos e arejados, cama macia e toalhas limpas! O café da manhã é bem variado, e tudo feito com muito carinho pelos funcionários, que são extremamente educados e atenciosos! O hotel possui uma ampla piscina aquecida com um ofurô ao lado para as crianças pequenas! O estacionamento é fechado e seguro! Enfim, a minha experiência foi perfeita e pretendo me hospedar neste hotel da próxima vez!

Sensacional , tudo muito bom .. Bons quartos , piscina aquecida , café da manhã bom , tudo perfeito. Os funcionários são incríveis e muito atenciosos .... ganha até doce no final eh . Se você quer ficar na parte mais incrível da Ilhabela e com todo suporte este é o lugar
