Hotel lindo Atendimento na piscina demorado Bebidas na piscina não estava gelada, estava muito calor nos dias que fiquei. Reclamei algumas vezes, mas não adiantou Todos os dias teve diversas quedas de luzes e ficou por muitos minutos sem luz Para um hotel desse nível, acho muito complicado

One of the best hotels on Ilhabela. I highly recommend this place

For the amount of money they charge. the service must be top notch. My family and I felt that they were not a customer-oriented hotel. Small things turned into big headaches. * WIFI did not work on my bedroom when I called the front desk to complain, they told me that I should work from the lobby and that the internet was poor in my room. * We were in Ilhabela for a wedding party and 9AM (on a SUNDAY) on the day after the wedding, we were woken up by the staff for room service. They placed us on the farthest room in the complex in the middle of a construction zone. We were disturbed my the sound of a drill one morning as well due to the construction. * All remote controls did not have batteries. We had to physically go to the lobby and request batteries. Staff had a bowl with a bunch of used batteries and I had to "fish" for the "good" batteries. Staff was not friendly. * They pull a scam to charge R$5 reais per 1 beach towel. The hotel should just increase the daily rate by R$5 and make sure that you threat your customer with more than 1 towel per guest per day. We go there to relax and not worry about such "small" things. We had a boat tour and when we can back, after a all day event, we could not get a fresh towel to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. Staff was very rude, inflexible, and gave my family a huge headache charging USD $4 for 4 towels. At the end, I fought very hard and fees were voided. For someone on vacation, this is totally not necessary. * Breakfast buffet was nothing much different than an average hotel. Again, for the price, I would expect much more.

Positives: Beautiful hotel, great location, large rooms, great amenities. Need improvement: some reception staff were rude and unwilling to accommodate simple requests (not all, some were great). Not safe for small children with large low windows with no protection. The hotel could do with some children indoor play area as well for the rainy days.

Hotel extremamente luxuoso infra maravilhosa praia e piscina restaurante café muito bom . A suíte vip com vista é extremamente agradável e ampla . Jantar muito bom servido pelo restaurante parceiro do hotel . Ótima localização

Tivemos um ótimo atendimento às meninas da recepção são muito atenciosas e os meninos do café super prestativos, o quarto e as dependências do hotel uma limpeza impecável, maravilhoso café da manhã com uma vista linda! A piscina aquecida é uma delícia super espaçosa.

Tudo de bom . Hotel mercedes tem um atendimento 5 estrelas. Lugar maravilhoso ao meio da natureza , das árvores muito bem preservadas. Várias piscinas . Top. Indico a todos. Parabéns pelo profissionalismo e dedicação. Abraços aos proprietários, funcionários.

Hotel completando 60 anos de existência, sempre pensamos o pior né? Mas não é o caso do Mercedes! Um hotel antigo, mas MUITO bem cuidado e MUITO limpo! Fiquei impressionado, pois visitei a academia, gramado, piscinas, praia, garagem (??), salas e etc - e mesmo na baixa temporada, tudo estava extremamente limpo e organizado. Serviço de praia excepcional, hotel lindo, todo de pedra e bem delicioso para passar semanas e meses por lá! Localização perfeita e numa praia tranquila e muito bem estruturada para receber os hóspedes e descansar MUITO! O único ponto negativo é que nossos vizinhos de quarto passaram a noite em claro conversando e dava para ouvir TUDO do nosso quarto, ou seja paredes finas...

O hotel é uma delicia, Funcionários, nota 1000 Caroline e Marcele são muito gentis e competentes, tudo que solicitamos fomos atendidos, desde o estacionamento o funcionário que cuida de lá nos ajudou muito, super gentil também. Colchão maravilhoso, roupa de cama limpa , Travesseiros são macios ou mais firme, você escolhe !! Ar condicionado silencioso. Banheiro limpo com tudo que precisamos amenidades de ótima qualidade. Ducha excelente! Um deck com praia Privativa e piscina climatizada,não queríamos sair mais de lá nota 10.000000. Com certeza nos conquistou, Voltaremos em breve 🌞🌞🌞🏊🏊 Gostamos de tudo Super recomendo👏👏
