J'ai adoré mon séjour. La chambre était sympa, c'était juste dommage que le contour du lit ai des déchirures pour l'esthétique. Le personnel est très accueillant et explique bien les prestations. J'ai pris un soin, massage signature que l'hôtel propose. Il a été bien réalisé et la pièce était bien apaisante. À l'arrivée, on vous offre un petit sachet de bienvenue gratuit. Et si vous ne souhaitez pas que la chambre soit nettoyée tous les jours, on vous mets une petite surprise le matin à la poignée de la porte, que j'ai beaucoup apprécié.
Je recommanderai cet hôtel auprès de mon entourage, parce que je suis satisfaite de celui-ci.

Hotel placé près du tramway permettant un accés à Strasbourg en 15 mn
Personnel attentionné et efficace
Matelas de mauvaise qualité transmettant tous les mouvements de l'un à l'autre en le réveillant.
Eau froide très chaude pendant un certain temps sans doute du à un mauvais montage des tuyaux trop près des uns des autres

This is a great property that is nicely located to trams going right into Strasburg. Our only disappoin**ent was not having a refrigerator or wine opener in our Junior Suite. I would let the wine opener slide at most places but Alsace is wine country and its almost a sin. We loved the pool and the fact they welcome pets for 15€ per night.

Staff and service was great. Fitness facilities and spa was very nice.
Breakfast could be more excting, but all in all a very plesant stay.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. It has a nice ambiance, beautiful rooms and an amazing shower. The people here are very friendly and helpful.

I like this place ok. Would come again. Clean and nice room, mostly friendly staff, very nice spa and pool facilities. However, 10 euro pr. person for access to the spa seems steep as you're already paying for the room. Also you have to book a time for the spa in advance, and children were only allowed in the pool, which was disappointing to my kid. We stayed several other places with a spa on this trip, where the spa was included, open to walk-ins, and my kid could participate. All the booking and extra and rules dampened the experience.

We expected that We could use the pool, but kids under 17 years wasnt allowed to use it.
There was nothing to do in the areal around the hotel.
So if the purpose is a familie trip where your not going in to the city, i would not go back again.
