Room size is big, more than the standard size. Room is clean and staff very welcoming. Indeed, we had an awesome Christmas stay in Richmonde!

Staff are great, very friendly and accommodating. Price wise is okay. Foods on buffet breakfast is perfect. There’s quite a variety of foods perfect to every nationalities. Only thing is, we were not attended when we asked to clean the room, add water bottles and replace the towels. Maybe they just missed out but that is important. The basic necessity for grooming is not complete, no cotton tip, no cotton, no hair plastic/cover and no robe.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel. The service at the bar area can be improved and the shower in the pool area was not working. Overall, it was a good and relaxing experience.

I was hoping to have a relaxing staycation and I expected more from the hotel because it was pricey compared to those near SM City. However, the room I got looked run-down already. There were cracked tiles and noticeable stains on the curtains. The sink on the bathroom was clogged. The bed linen was itchy. I could also hear when people outside the room talk or when the room beside mine move furnitures around or when they open the faucet. It was not a good experience overall and not as relaxing/quiet as I hoped it would be.

It's an eco friendly hotel, not to mention its impressive wooden key card !
Very clean and location is convenient.
However, buffet breakfast and dinner has limited food selections. We definitely would've enjoyed more if there was a better variety.
Overall, it's a good place to stay at.
