No hot water… no warning there was an issue therefore no hot shower. Very weird no sink to wash hands in after going to toilet… have to walk out of bathroom back into bedroom to wash hands in sink next to bed. Had to ring up to find out why there was no warm water to be told they were having a problem with the water heating! Very disappointing. If you are booked to stay in the next few days suggest ringing to check if the water issue fixed

Great Location just across from the train station. Very modern and very clean. No contact check-in/out. Everything via their well designed app.... and that's the only thing that might be a tad challenging for old school techno-phobes

Schönes Hotel mit Self-Check-In/Out. Leider hat das System noch etliche Mängel und der telefonische Support steht nur vormittags zur Verfügung. Wer nachmittags ein Problem hat, muss eine eMail schreiben. Und die Antworten klangen z.T. sehr nach einem Bot. – Gute LAGE bei Bahnhof und Zentrum. – Öffentlicher Parkplatz gegenüber; hoteleigener Parkplatz unbedingt vorab buchen. – Super FRÜHSTÜCK bzgl. Auswahl und Qualität, und sogar mit Service. - Komfortables ZIMMER und BAD.

Das Bollwerk Lifestyle Hotel ist brandneu, Inbetriebnahme Febr. 2023, sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Fenster und auch der Schallschutz allgemein ist sehr gut, neben sehr hochwertigen Betten gibt es eine kontrollierte Wohnraumlüftung mit Klimafunktion.
Wir haben selten so gut geschlafen. Preis Leistung topp, absolut zu empfehlen. PS der Frühstücksraum im KG ist der Hit! Das alles elektronisch geht ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber es lohnt sich...
