well situated close to the metro station. A new building and a very nice room with all the amenities .

Great stay! It was like a serviced apartment with everything you need. Comes with washing machine but no dryer. Dryer is available right downstairs in the same building so it’s very convenient.
I found a few strands of hair on the floor so it might not have been cleaned throughly. But the bed was extremely comfortable and clean, toilet is rather clean too with disposable toothbrush provided. I wished water bottle was provided too, fyi there’s only a kettle for boiling water.
There’s also snack shops downstairs and a couple of restaurants. Easy to get a taxi here to airport as well. About 10 mins walk from Unseo station but the walk at night with a luggage might be daunting. Taxi was about 6,700 won :)
Apparently there’s also an airport shuttle :-)

Studio apts turned hotel for vacancies. Needs to fix the shower and ac. Clean but about 8-10min walk from Unseo station.

The hotel location is a bit far from Unseo Station required 15 min walk. There were no food options stores in the morning around the hotel. For a one night stay to catch a flight, it's OK. Otherwise better to look for hotels in other location

The best unbiased review I can give.
Pros:
- It’s off Unseo station (A’Rex) so easy to pop into the city at Seoul stn and get to the airport
- Plenty of food choices on the opposite side of the station; hotel side has a movie theatre, small nightlife restaurants and lots of convenience stores
- Hotel is in a new building so things are a good quality
Cons:
- Cant use the kitchen featured in the rooms - not that I needed to cook but be warned if you’re planning to do some cooking while you stay
- Elevator was down and it’s a hotel / apartment complex so the one elevator took a while at times and gets crowded
- It is a kinda bland area (good for a layover but not if you’re visiting Seoul)
- Could have had better instructions on finding the lobby (it’s buried deep inside the building - opens at 9:00 but check in isn’t until 2/3:00)
Sidenotes:
- No follow up post check out on the room, but there are warnings everywhere about fees for things (smoking, damage, or if the remote control is not returned back to the EXACT spot on the side table - see next one)
- You could be fined for NOT PUTTING THE AC or TV remote back on a side table…
- The room could be re organized with the bed closer to the window so that you could get a table in there. You’d want to do something with your suitcase but you don’t want to dirty the bed by putting it on there and having the wheels leave marks or dirt. Suggestion: put in a small table

Very good value. Reasonable location to find. Waited a little bit for reception to arrive. Airport shuttle available tho infrequent. Nice and clean room, has good facilities. Overall really good :)

This place is good, clean and convenient. Only when I arrived, no one was at the desk. There was a sign up. The sign had a phone number I dialed and no one picked up. I tried to check in via the self check in kiosk but the machine could not release a key card. Fortunately the attendant woman came back to the front desk after I tried to do this. I recommend this place if you only need to do a one night layover near Incheon Airport.
