Had an interesting time here. Got done what I needed to. My husband and I live Over the road trucking. We booked 2 nights here so I could make/design my daughter's birthday cake after I baked it elsewhere, that's why we reserved a hotel with an kitchen in-room specifically. We have stayed in many many kitchen rooms and I have to say this is the saddest one I've ever seen because these rooms don't have dishwashers they don't have ANYTHING to use. Visually it's great!! I was incredibly stressed just because of so much to do and instead of a useful comfortable room it was the absolute bare minimum. Positives - Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Water pressure was good. There was a full size refrigerator, additional sink, and stovetop with 2 burners (didn't use). Did not make it to try the breakfast. The hotel staff was kind and helpful the first 2 days. The elevator was quick. Would be great to have a few useful baskc kitchen & cooking items that could help collected cleaned and replaced. Every hotel room has a coffee maker as it does a hairdryer in the bathroom so I don't count that. Other than a standard coffee maker there's nothing to use in the kitchen. So you show up to a hotel room with 85% of a useful kitchen (no oven) and I guess you need to bring plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, spatulas, large spoons??? You can buy one plate for $3 in the little store downstairs, I didn't even see how much a pot or skillet was...or a single spoon but saw them there when I went down to buy a $3 can of sprite 😩 (really?). At least let people borrow them! Incredibly disappointed, especially for the price when we've gotten better deals at Candlewood, Best Western Suites, La Quinta, countless other suites with kitchens that you can actually use. I'm glad I happen to have a PLASTIC KNIFE and fork with me or I don't know how I would've even cut the dang cake!!!! That's like providing the bed frame, box springs, and mattress.... but no mattress cover, sheets, blankets, or pillows, but the bed feels great if you bring your own bedding. I realize not every hotel room has a kitchen like it does a dressed bed, but usually if it does have a kitchen then there's some useful items to go with given amenities. Room 200 - We had 2 very tight curly short hairs in our shower ON TOP of the provided bottles of soap on wall 😩. Water went EVERYWHERE when we took showers both days because the incredibly heavy curved shower curtain rod was pulling the brackets on the wall down so hard that over time it has pushed the paint on the wall into a little scrunch at the bottom of the bracket on both sides of the shower, it's missing several screws or they were just never put in, it's been that way for a while the way the paint looks slowly scrunched. There's no table on one side of the bed. For over $115 a night WITH a deal this was equivalent to a stay somewhere way less quality. At least if we ever come back I know to pack all kitchen cooking items I might need to make anything. One o
