Check in was quick and the employees were very welcoming. The room was spacious but a bit shabby - torn edges of carpet and threadbare upholstery. In the kitchenette, the safety cover for the disposal was missing. I think the worst thing was having to kill a cockroach in the bathroom.

Upon reserving g sent message stating would need a crib for an infant traveling with us. Called prior to our departure confirming a crib would be available and was told they had it ready for us. Upon arrival, the front desk employee was very disinterested in helping us and told us he would see if they had one but he didn’t think they did because, one of them had a torn mattress and the other one was broken. The facility was rundown and had to change rooms because the first room had dried crusty substance on the table and chair had been written on In Sharpie as well as the cork board in the room. We had to pay a surprise $100 fee for “incidentals” in case of damages to the room, waiting for this to be credited back to my account. The AM staff seemed nicer but not an enjoyable stay. Do not recommend

I booked a king suite but got there to a queen suite and they said it was nothing they could do because they were booked and I can only get discounted through *******. We couldn’t get clean towels for some reason we had to use the same ones for our whole stay

Had a bug, room was clean or towels after the 1st night could not shower before I checked out. A child was vacuuming

Did not get the room i booked. Was on a 2 week business trip and tried 3 different times to get the room i was supposed to have. They continually told me there were no rooms available. So if you book here do not plan on getting the room you booked.

Bugs in our room. Air conditioning did not work in our room. Strong **** smell in the elevator.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! We booked a room through ******* to stay at this hotel for a major event in Indianapolis. At 3:30 pm on our check-in date, the hotel called us to inform us that, although we had reserved a room and confirmed, they did not have a room for us. The hotel did not offer to find us alternative accommodation, offer any compensation (other than a refund, which I have not yet received), or even any sympathy. When I asked the clerk to talk to his manager, I was placed on hold for five minutes only to be told that his manager was “on vacation,” which was almost certainly a lie. Then he told me that ******* would be in touch to rebook us somewhere else. But that was also a lie. We never heard or received anything from ******* either. We were left to scramble for an alternative and ended up staying well out of town in a tiny room because it was all that was an available. I cannot state more strongly — DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! And if you are foolish enough to do so, you should consider packing a sleeping bag because there is a strong likelihood that you will be sleeping in your car. But whatever you do, don’t bother asking the clerk and his friends at this hotel for any help or compensation. It will not be forthcoming.

They overbooked the hotel, and we were given a single king bed instead of two queens. The staff were very pleasant, apologetic, and accommodating. Overall, the hotel was very clean, but ownership could stand to make some improvements. Again, the staff were fantastic.

Received a call when we were about ten minutes away from the hotel telling us that there was a “glitch” in the system with ******* and they were overbooked, so they did not have a room for us. Not happy!!! We drove four hours to find that out. Found another hotel room after several calls, which cost us three times as much as the room booked through your site. Would love to be compensated, but guessing that won’t happen. Won’t be using ******* again, that’s for sure! 😠😠😠
