Rooms were appearing ok, but it was not same floor was dirty there were lot of mosquitoes in the room, ipon asking they had no answers washroom was too bad in condition food was average but no cleaniness

Worst experience in this hotel. No amenities provided by the hotel ex tissue, towel, toilet paper. Room is not hygienic. Bathsheet is damaged and food is not available at the hotel

Hotel was conveniently located. They can do better in terms of cleanliness. Basic supplies can also be made such as towels

Bad experience and location of the hotel is very close to station but the place does not provide basic essentials as well…basic dental kit was also not provided

Hotel staff is polite and courteous। property is neat and clean rooms। food is also good। value for money। it is 300 feet away from Indore Railway station। it on fifth floor on market। there are shops on ground floor so I faced difficulty in finding it in night। entry to hotel on ground floor is not good due to shops। there is no first impression is last impression। overall good experience।

The location is great, the staff is very cooperative. They helped every way they could to make our stay memorable. After we even checked out, they made arrangements for our luggage to be kept properly so that we could explore more of indore and when we got back, the staff opened one of the room for my family to get freshen up and provided packed food in limited time and sent support staff ***** with us to railway station to let us board our train very comfortably. Awesome experience !
