„房間不能反鎖，要求換房，前台説所有房間都不能反鎖。要求退訂單，前台説過了晚上8點，不能退房，退房要經過老闆批准，很難。前後説，升級房型，可以找一下有沒有能反鎖的房間。累了不想麻煩，加錢後，換了一間能反鎖的，房間內部結構設施與之前那間一樣從2樓換到了3樓。半夜一兩點了樓下還有吵架的，被吵醒。體驗感很不好。”
