房間不大，停車場離酒店太遠，要拖着行李過兩條街。酒店的浴室居然是透明玻璃的，簡直不可思議。價格這麼高，不值。

We arrived by train..and walked from the station to our gem of a hotel!! The location was in a perfect spot to explore the lovely town of Innsbruck. The golden roof was steps away-yet our hotel was happily not on the main square. The hotel itself has lovely outdoor dining, a busy bar area and lovely restaurant. Our room #45 was extremely spacious and had a large and comfortable bathroom and lots of hanging and storage space. The breakfasts were some of the best we had on our trip. The lovely Monica managed the hotel and the breakfast areas with such efficiency…we were in awe of her energy and lively spirit!! Thanks again to the friendly and hardworking staff. ..our lovely room( with a balcony) and the amazing breakfasts.

An amazing hotel; incredible location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Buffet breakfast with plenty of fresh options - with compliment coffee sit well alongside a comprehensive a la carte choices. Rooms clean and comfortable and a same day washing service very convenient

The perfect place to stay in Innsbruck. Right in the old town, but also 50 meters from a public transit stop. The best of both world, quiet and convenient. Our room was lovely, big shower, great water pressure, good wifi. We did not eat at the restaurant but the breakfast was top notch, everything was delicious. The coffee was good and strong. Eating outside when the weather allowed, two fo the three mornings we were there, was very nice. Se slept superbly on the comfortable bed with a variety of pillows offering options. We would definitely stay here again.

We ate here and it was brilliant. We did only have a short time slot as we hadn't booked and managed to get in for dinner. We had a farmers starter followed by schnitzel. Both of which were delicious. Be prepared for large portions, I normally can finish both but I struggled to finish either. Staff were brilliant and attentive, never felt we were rushed even though we were on the clock. The restaurant itself is beautiful maintained in a stunning building.

We loved staying at this hotel! Our suite room was spacious with a sofa and seating area and it also had a small balcony. The room had a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and the toilet was seperate which was great. The breakfast were large with great variety and the staff were consistently happy and friendly and smiling. We ate dinner here one night and it was really good too. The location of this hotel was perfect - right in the centre of the old town with lots of interesting things all around. It's in the pedestrian-only area, so we parked our car in the nearby underground carpark. it wasn't very far to walk to the hotel with our suitcases. We thought this was a great place to stay for 3 nights and would recommend it to others.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was great and included eggs to order and various coffee choices. Location is great for walking around the old town. Depending on crowds, taxis and/or Uber may not be able to pull up to hotel. However, it's only a two minute walk from where the pedestrian area ends. We were always able to be dropped off and picked up at the hotel's front door. Restaurant was excellent, but crowded. Rooms were pleasant. The bathroom is odd. There is a toilet in a small black painted room, but the sink and shower are basically in the bedroom area. Shower is private while in it, but no private dressing area. Can't wash hands in middle of night without having to turn a light on in the bedroom. Also, the way the sink area is positioned, it's the first spot you see walking in the room. Not very nice seeing toothbrushes etc... when walking in. There is an elevator, but if you take the spiral stairs, be careful as they seem a little perilous. Overall it's a nice, reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location.

We stayed here twice in July - a few nights before a hiking trip and a few nights afterwards. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the town and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for a week while we were away in the mountains and the luggage was waiting for us upon return. We would book here again without hesitation. The breakfast is outstanding and with high quality food and service, especially for a breakfast that is included in the stay. The rooms are clean and with high end finishings as are the decorations throughout the hotel. We booked two rooms for each part of our stay and each room was unique and comfortable.

The hotel is a blend of modern well designed comfort and the historical building it occupies. It works well and is clearly cared for by both owners and staff. We had a very comfortable spacios room with a sitting area and large shower room. Breakfast is a feast with all you need to start the day (including happy welcoming staff to get the day going). The bar is cosy, food ok but our dishes were over salted. The restaurant offers more choice and seasonal dishes. In heart of old city, everything in walking distance (railway station about 15 mins).
