„Pokój jest duży, czysty i znajduje się poza dzielnicą biznesową Ximending. Zarezerwowano nam pobyt w budynku wykonawczym na 2. piętrze, ale okno wychodziło na zewnętrzną ścianę innego budynku bardzo blisko nas. Nie było żadnego widoku i było bardzo przytłaczająco. Śniadanie w hotelu smakowało OK. Było na 12. piętrze hotelu z ładnym widokiem; ale obsługa kelnerska wymaga poprawy; na stole leżały nietknięte kawałki chleba i kawa. Kiedy miałem wyjść po inne jedzenie, kelner w ogóle nie zwrócił na to uwagi. W ciągu kilku sekund sprzątnął jedzenie, którego w ogóle nie zjadłem i położył je na stole, aby mogli z niego skorzystać inni goście. Było to trochę niegrzeczne wobec gości i uznałem, że to trochę marnotrawstwo jedzenia. Należy wzmocnić świadomość kelnerów w restauracji.”

„It’s a beautiful hotel with rich history. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We tried the famous red bean rice cake and other dishes at one of the restaurants and they are delicious. We also did the one of the secret pathway tour, it’s fun and informative. We didn’t have chance to explore all the amenities of the hotel. The hotel is on a hilltop so it’s less walkable for some people. But it has free shuttle bus between hotel and nearby bus station. Also you don’t have to stay there to enjoy the food or the tour.”

„We would definitely come back! Room was spacious. Location is prime and just 2 minutes away from the Taipei Metro Station. Another 2 minutes away from the National Museum. Surrounding you have decent number of eateries and there is a shopping mall just across the street. There is a food court on the 11 & 12th floor with a good place to get some local food as souvenirs and of course a supermarket. The hotel comes with a business lounge to have your coffee or tea. Laundry to do your necessary washing. They collect TWD1000 as refundable deposit. And offered 3 complimentary beer vouchers. We stayed for 2 nights and apparently housekeeping service is not offered.”

Very convenient so we don't have to go back and forth retrieving our stuffs from the luggage. They also have mirror on each capsule (very thoughtful!). Free flow of hot drinks and snacks in the kitchen and they provide free bread at 7-10am every day in the mornin The location is very strategic, not even 500m from the M8 gate of MRT Taipei Main Station. Tips for those who are arriving in Taipei by airport MRT, TRA or THSR, do not make the same mistake as mine by taking the main exit from the station building because you need to cross the street by using the bridge. Just look for M8 MRT exit (escalators available) and you'll be fine.”

„This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from Jiantan MRT station exit 1. You are 1 min from the MRT station. The reception is friendly and welcoming. Though the room size is small, everything is well designed in such a way that it feel bigger as everything you need from luggage stand, mini bar, safe box is all easily accessible. Even though my room is on level 3 directly facing the MRT track, the sound proofing is so good that I don’t even hear the train passing.  The room is very clean and bed is firm and comfortable. Air coning is strong if you set it to low temperature. It worked well.  The breakfast is average.”

„I really appreciated how close the hotel is from the station. Be prepared for Google Maps to list places in Chinese, not English. I liked the room I rented because it had it’s own bathroom. The toilet was a bidet which was great! I liked the rustic style of the hotel. I found a hair and some stains in the sheets, but the room overall felt clean. I really liked the location, too because I could walk to all the places I wanted to see! I recommend staying here. :)”

„The location of this hotel is great as is situated directly opposite Taiwan Station. Many undergone shops connected directly from hotel elevator. Within walking distance to shin kong mitukoshi mall and many eatery nearby the hotel. On a side note - hotel running on thin manpower. Front office quite clearly shortage of staff and no proper direction which counter for check-in and check-out. Some of the staff onsite in suits does not marshal guests around. they simply stood there even the traffic was really heavy over the weekend. From my observation, room service seems like manning with minimum manpower to serve and run a hotel with 400 rooms capacity. ? Over in laundry room - for a designated hotel with 400+ rooms ＞ only has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. This need to be improved. Everyone were queing and we need to run backforth many times. Remember hospitality industry is to serve with a HEART. The room was spacious and clean but we noticed the paint on our room ceiling was half done - joke aside we were wondering they run out of paints.”

AAlice172I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Gracery Taipei during my recent trip. The location is truly unbeatable—being right next to the Taipei Main Station area made it so easy to get around the city, and the access to the Airport MRT made my arrival and departure completely stress-free. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I especially appreciated how quiet and well-maintained the hotel is, despite being in such a bustling part of the city. The staff were professional and helpful, and the proximity to plenty of shopping, food options, and transport links is a huge plus. Whether you are in Taipei for business or leisure, this hotel is a solid, reliable, and convenient choice. I would definitely stay here again.

GGość1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention.

There are many local restaurants and shops nearby during the day, while at night, the district can be quiet with the nearest convenience store about 10mins walk away. Amenities: Good lounge area to chill out, with water dispenser and beverages. The breakfast is basic but good if you're on a budget. Bad: The locker in the shared dorm can only fit cabin-sized luggage. The sides of the bunk bed are quite dusty. The iron available at the lounge is broken. Overall, it's still a fuss-free place for a short stay.

Pokoje i łóżka wygodne - trochę brakowało jakiejś szafy, same wieszaki to trochę za mało - w dodatku na haczyku ze ściany. Leży też wygłuszenie pokoi - rozmowy czy śmiech z sąsiednich pokoju i korytarza słychać do późnego wieczoru. Poza tym śniadanie miejscowe - więc jeśli ktoś nie lubi zupy na śniadanie (ja lubię) to może mieć z tym problem. Niestety brak dobrej kawy - automat nescafe robiący napoje z proszku.

Check in gets faster with your reply to the property telling them what type of room you have booked and what time you'll arrive. With booming businesses and too many bookings, the staff might get entangled in mess, so partially you reply is helping them to get grounded and avoid mistakes. The property is clean, neat, nice and next to easy transport and family mart and 7e.

Housekeeping only if you inform at counter on the day, kind of a hassle. Not toiletries, only a shampoo+shower. One of the three lift was under maintenance and needed to wait quite long. Bfast spot near by and walkable to Ximending Market. Overall, not a bad stay but would maybe find other hotels next time.

Hotel is okay, only had 1 floor with all the rooms and lobby, the elevator just slow since if has mulitple hotels within the building. The toilet in our room is kind of see through, but if you don't mind this everything is ok.
