Someone was always readily available at the desk. Anything we needed was attended to. A comfortable, satisfying stay.

We always stay at Invermere Inn when we come. The customer service is fantastic especially from Ivy.

Room was recently renovated, felt new and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice-sized office desk to work from complete with an office chair, proper lighting and additional plug-ins to run a bunch of electronics.

Very pleasant staff and relatively clean other than a used washcloth left hanging on the shower Rod from a previous guest. It happens I guess but I would stay again

the first time we stayed at this hotel it was clean and perfect but the room we got this time does not reflect the $290/night price tag. The mold on the bathroom ceiling is inacceptable and the bathtub clearly shows it needs to be renovated. Too bad.
