What a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - right in the centre of Inverness! We needed an early check in and the staff promptly attended our request. The bed is 5*, the washroom is also 5* level! Great experience and will definitely return on my next visit to Scotland and the Highlands!

The room was clean and had al the basic necessities.
Nothing extraordinary but great value for price.
Great location close to the train station and a car parking garage. Furthermore there is a lot of entertainment in the evening on the pub street in the city center.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, with lovely shower. Staff were super friendly. We got stuck with poor weather and they easily sorted out a room for an extra night. Lovely cosey bar area. Brilliant location with the train station just 5 minutes away.

離火車站超級近，訂了高地一日遊，早上去集合的地方也很近。非常不錯，前台態度也不錯。酒店東西很新，住着也比較舒服。
Inverness來去匆匆，感謝2晚的安睡

房間很乾淨整潔 健身房的設備還可以
酒店的周邊有不少餐廳和酒吧 但晚上還是很安靜 隔音很好
也在尼斯河的隔壁步行個兩三分鐘就可以開始散步旅遊
員工都很友善 退房的那天因為獨自一個女生去旅遊被一個奇怪的男人盯上了 酒店的員工為了我的安全便送我到車站才離開 十分感謝：）

定的高級房確實挺寬敞的，但是門口沒有停車場是硬傷。新酒店確實住的舒服但是！！！床單上居然有污漬，這真的是四星酒店該有的錯誤嗎？然後前台衹換了床單沒有任何其他補償，這是應該這個水平該做的事嗎

第一次來到這個城市旅遊，雖然天氣不太給力，又冷又濕，天氣暗沉，影響拍攝和遊覽這個城市的心情，但是酒店的地理位置很好，房間衞生也很乾凈，前台接待的工作人員超nice！下次我會選擇夏天再過來這個城市玩，到時候還會再次預訂這家酒店的！非常推薦！！！
