In love w the hotel 🥰 W private parking .. Room r vry nice .. Clean n Tidy .. The staff friendly .. Definitely gnna repeat again ☺️

Thanks for the freebies, my son love it very much. Check in at 3.30pm, just good timing for high tea with my wife. Good service and environment, will stay in again if got planing another trip to Ipoh.

suited for honeymoon. the breakfast is delicious and have many types. nasi lemak, fried rice, fried rice vermicelli, roti canai, scrambled egg, sausage, toasted bread, porridge, coco crunch, fruits, cornflakes, coffee, orange juice, plain water, wedges and others. we also got free hi tea (served cake, greentea, coffee), tshirt, angpau cny.

Everything was good.
The staff so friendly and always smiling 😊
We arrived around 12.30am, but the receptionist still greet us with sincere smile and the security staff even guide us to the room.
The breakfast also good, it’s simple breakfast but delicious.
Worth the price ☺️

Front desk staff service are good except premium twin room 1110 to small compare to 1100

Overall ok. Breakfast not good though. I asked for orange juice during breakfast, it never arrived. Maybe because we stayed during weekdays. Not many customers, so level of service was kept at a low standards.
