Além da simpatia dela é o sorriso no rosto que deixa nossa manhã mais leve. Os demais funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos, principalmente na recepção! Agradeço a estadia!

My stay at ViVa Porto de Galinha was barely reasonable. The hotel is smaller than it looks like in the pictures, there are only 2 restaurants (beach snack and buffet). The staff is friendly and helpful but the environment is messy, dirty tables, glasses and plates with leftovers anywhere not being picked up does not give a good sense of cleanliness. The local music is played loudly all over the pool areas so if you are looking for a nice place to relax, sleep and enjoy the sea sound, this is NOT the place for you. Food is OK but not great, it is fresh but lacks of flavour which is strange for the northern part of Brazil. Again, service is friendly but not fast. Normal is to order a drink and wait a lot until staff remember you actually ordered something. Beach is OK but the sun beds are old and in bad conservation. The room is outdated and resembles a very decadent hotel rather than a resort. Airco is not strong enough for the rooms and the toilets at the ground floor are a real sauna. There are many other resort options in the area and I strongly recommend to explore a bit; this one looks nice on tripadvisor but would never should be rated above 3. It’s a pity, especially when you expectations are high for a one-time-a-year-holiday and the experience delivered does not match your expectations. Bottom-line: Lots of room for improvement and many wasted opportunities but definitely not value for money…

The guest rooms are well equipped, all thought of each detail. The bathroom is a detail, beautiful, all in porcelain, the Celite lousses and the Docol metals. Breakfast is delicious, well served. Fresh fruits. The attendants are gentle and educated.

The structure of the hostel and the rooms itself is good, the biggest problem is access to the hostel: it has to pass about 3 or 4 quarters of street on the ground, with water vaying and very buried. Another thing we don't like was that they exchanged bed and towels every 3 days, i.e., our room was never clean during our stay. It is also very good, it is a good breakfast, a relatively large room with fridge, microwave and pia, that for us who were with a baby was great, they are expanding another banner of rooms.

We stayed there for 6 nights and wish we had longer! 100% recommend it - 100% indicado para casais! The B&B is so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us - including delayed suitcase by our airline, organising a great buggy trip, plus a lovely surprise for our honeymoon. The beach in front is a bit rough and choppy but it is lovely to dip your toes - just be mindful of currents. The food was excellent! We ate starters, main meals and had multiple cocktails and everything was always impeccably cooked and tasty. Oh and the 4pm coffee and cake is worth it! The rooms are good size, clean and simple - bed is super comfortable and so are the pillows. The only thing I mentioned it to reception as a comment, would be nice to have some complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Beach towels are also provided free of charge. Very noisy A/C unit hence we could't get asleep. Lack of food for breakfast. Very good location.

Extremely friendly staff, satisfactory price, good accommodation, very good kitchen, wide rooms, air conditioning, TV, sea view, location near the beach, excellent service. We were welcomed, with personalized service, good environment hygiene, pool, restaurant, breakfast

The hotel is beautiful, every detail is wonderful. What did you really want was the question of not to be able to consume my drink or my sweet swimsuits in the pool. I don't know if this is exclusive of the hotel, but it was the first time that happened to me. The values of the cardapio are very high, I found it unfair once paying for the stay that by signal is expensive they force you to drink and food with very high value.
