The hotel is decent. Some members of the front desk staff could be a little friendlier, definitely no need to have an attitude when you’re working in hospitality/customer service.

Staff at the front desk were good. Not great. But good.
They could be more personable in my opinion.
Food in the bar was very nice and the staff behind the bar were very good, as was the chef who took the time to come out and ask each table individually how their meal was. Nice touch.
The decor inside the hotel is so bizarre. It appears unfinished with bare concrete walls and very little adorning the walls.
Even the hotel room had bare concrete walls and flooring. It gave a "cold" feeling.
Not sure what *look* the hotel is going for with this but it's like the decorators downed tools before painting and completing the hotel, but the hotel just decided to open anyway despite it being unfinished.

Excellent staff but the decor is more an aesthetic exercise than something made to make you feel comfortable. It was like living for a while in a luxurious prison cell. On a peak of cold the cement walls and floor drove all warmth away. In the morning, stepping outside the rug surrounding the bed was like stepping on an icy road with bare feet.
The saving grace was the hotel staff always trying to do their best and accommodate your slightest needs.

The cost isn’t that bad for what you get. There is a bar after 4 pm that’s good size, average drinks. What’s unfortunate is there is no fridge in the room.

The hotel was nice but the bath was extremely small with very little counter space. Also the rooms were extremely dork with very little light to turn on. The modern concrete look of the room was aesthetically pleasing, but very echoey.

Bathroom was extra small with almost no counter space. Bathroom mirror was way too close to small sink. Very odd set up. Room was too industrial for me. Bed, pillows & sheets were comfortable. Location was good
Parking was easy

My only complaint is the need for a small beverage fridge in the room.
