Central Park Terme

This is not a 4 star hotel! Rude unhelpful staff, smoke filled rooms! No fitness suite or spa facilities open or in working order! Dirty pool, No hair dryer and iron in room! Fridge only big enough for small kids water bottle! Not a family friendly hotel! Corridors stinking of cigarette smoke! We chose this hotel as it had a fitness suite…. Big mistake! No such thing! Just false advertising! There was a room filled with dust filled relics of old machines with no computer in them or handle bar’s! No plugs for them! All machines broken and no weights for the bench as the hotel does not allow weights in the gym! No spa facilities as they were all closed for the almost 2 weeks we were there! Pool is filthy green colour with scum around the edges! Only cleaned after many people complained! The pool attendant is a bully! My children and I could not move in the pool without a dirty look or a telling off! Even when nobody else was in the pool! Traffic noise from main busy road ruined any chance of relaxing! Pool bar was only open for food for very limited time! One basic lunch of sandwiches cost our family €80! We had to eat when they decided to give us lunch! When we bought delicious food from outside to eat in the garden the prison wardens watching on the cameras gave us a telling off and threatened to throw us out! My childrens room was filled with cigarette smoke pumping into the room all night for 2 nights from air conditioning! They had sore heads and throats for days! The reception staff were rude and unhelpful and refused to give us another room! They hid from us giving us no answers to this problem! They just shrugged when we complained that nothing in the gym had worked in years! And all spa facilities were closed! They did not care and were quite happy to falsely sell facilities that were not there! They are thinking of changing to all inclusive which would be horrific as there is no facilities or atmosphere to enjoy here! Only entertainment for an hour once a week on a Thursday night! Food was not great! Can’t imagine being stuck in here 24/7! No value for money as whole place is over priced! This hotel has still not apologised, won’t move your room if uninhabitable and most certainly won’t give you a refund or compensation! They are just con artists with no conscience or manners! Avoid at all costs! So many other friendly, value for money 4 star hotels! Avoid this 2 star smoke filled prison at all costs!

We were really disappointed with our stay at Central Park Hotel Terme Lets begin with the Pool, which whilst travelling Europe in the July extreme heat, we were expecting a pool to provide us with a little relief, but the pool was extremely warm, and in my view considerably dirty, we understand that the pool may be thermal water, but there is no excuse whatsoever in not cleaning around the edge of the pool the grime and dirt, discusting. Furthermore, the pool towels are at a charge of 2 euros per day per person. There is no pool service for food and beverages. We were also charged 25 euros per night for a crib, we were told that everywhere in Italy these charges are applied, after travelling 2 weeks throughout Italy, not one hotel had charged us this amount of money for a crib. We were appauled with the reception response on exiting the hotel, she did not want to know about it, and said that the hotel is managed by her uncle and she was unable to help. If you are booking this hotel on the basis there is a gym, don't, the gym does not exist with any equipment that is usable, with a deflated ball, no weights and machinery that is broken. Although one of the Directors of the hotel was extremely pleased to see Australians travelling back at his hotel, we didn't feel that this hotel is welcoming to International Tourism. We also booked this hotel with my family and on booking request we stated that our rooms were to be next to one another, we were separated and noted that several other families were in the same position. We felt that it was mis-management, and the Reception Staff were not interested in helping us at all and we had to accept the room situation, as did another couple in the hotel. The walls in the rooms are paper thin, and if you end up with a noisy neighbour, it does not make the holiday very pleasant at all. I think that if your considering booking this hotel, look further, as on our walks we noticed a lot of nicer hotel options.

Hotel di buon livello, immerso nel verde, piscina esterna molto bella, piscina interna termale riscaldata e tanto altro, terme, spa ecc. Personale eccellente, disponibilità e gentilezza, cibo ottimo con possibilità di eventuali variazioni singole. Da tornarci, posto centrale, con locali e negozi, vicino al castello aragonese che è stupendo.

Classiche camere piccoline ma dotate di tutto il necessario. Buonissime colazioni e cene abbondanti e sempre varie. Piscina con servizio bar, spa e terme perfetti per un po' di relax. Il verde delle piante che circondano l'hotel dà quel "tocco in più". Grazie mille a Olga, Mario, Fabio, Giovanni ed a tutto il resto dello staff (non ricordiamo il nome degli altri camerieri) per il loro servizio impeccabile. [Consigliamo manutenzione in alcuni tratti di terme e piscina e segnaliamo flusso debole di acqua in bagno in certi orari]. Bravi!

Nous avons été déçus de cet hôtel qui est considéré comme un 4 étoiles et qui en mérite 3, pas plus ! Chambre petite, salle de bain mérite des rénovations. Peu confortable. Pas de peignoir à disposition mais uniquement sur paiement alors qu'il y a un SPA dans l'hôtel. Personnel de la réception pas du tout sympathique, pas serviable, ne sert à rien. En salle, les employés font de leur mieux mais le maître d'hôtel est antipathique et à la limite du malhonnête. On doit manger très vite pour qu'ils puissent débarrasser à l'heure. (service du soir de 20h à 21h !) C'est dommage car on est en vacances et on a envie de prendre le temps surtout que la nourriture est excellente (menus à choix). L'hôtel est bien placé, à quelques minutes des rues commerçantes, du port et de la plage. Un ponton à la plage Medusa est réservé pour l'hôtel avec 2 chaises et un parasol. Jolie piscine, cadre verdoyant entouré de citronniers. Franchement c'est dommage qu'ils ne fassent pas plus d'efforts pour être sympathiques et au service des clients. Ne prennent pas la peine de venir chercher et ramener les clients au port avec leur navette. On doit encore payer un taxi ! Le soir, tout est mort. Le bar ferme à 23h. Si nous devons retourner à Ischia, nous choisirons un autre hôtel, c'est certain.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich bestens - fußläufig zu Restaurants und Stränden und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich nebenan. Der Garten ist sehr schön üppig angelegt und am Pool gab es (zumindest jetzt in der Vorsaison) immer ausreichend Liegen. Positiv empfinde ich persönlich, dass das Hotel NICHT für Kinder geeignet ist :-) Das kleine Thermalbecken im Keller ist wohltuend bei schlechtem Wetter und ich habe es gerne genutzt. Die Zimmer sind klein, nicht gemütlich eingerichtet und extrem hellhörig. Die Beleuchtung ist wirklich grausam (nachdem das viele Rezensionen schreiben, sollte hier wirklich mal was getan werden!) und für einen Tisch reicht der Platz nicht. Ich habe mich so selten wie möglich im Zimmer aufgehalten, denn es war keine Wohlfühlzone. Mein großes Problem war die extrem harte Matratze, auf der ich 10 Nächte gelitten habe. Man hat sich zwar Mühe gegeben, mein Problem zu lindern, aber genützt hat das leider nichts. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch (wie die meisten Gäste) auf "süß" ausgerichtet. Schade fand ich, dass es nur bis 10 Uhr angeboten wird und bereits ab 9.30 Uhr auf Abendessen umgedeckt wird, was die Auswahl der Sitzplätze deutlich einschränkt. Punkt 10 Uhr wird das Frühstück dann auch fluggs abgeräumt... Wer mal keine Lust hat, in einem Restaurant zu Abend zu essen, kann auch spontan für das Abendessen im Hotel reservieren. Preis-Leistung passt. Absolut hervorheben möchte ich die sehr sehr freundliche Belegschaft des Hotels! Vom Housekeeping über Rezeption bis zum Service - sehr freundliche, warmherzige Menschen, die immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit waren.
