We stayed two nights as part of a group of 14 and this very elegant hotel. Rooms are quite small, but we really really like the shower and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was really outstanding, with so many choices, including a glass jar of gummi bears! We would have liked wine glasses, tissues and a nightlight in the bathroom. Service excellent in the restaurant. We had drinks in the bar both nights we were there, and the Aperol spritz was a little weak and did not have a garnish of an orange slice. The Negroni the second night was very good. There is very little to do in this town.

We liked the hotell very much, it had a wonderful terrace with infinity pool. The restaurant served good food and the staff was very service mindred and nice. The menue could have had more options. Breafast was perfect! The location was ok, but the town next to the hotell had litle to offer. But as for relaxing it was perfect.

Keep looking - You can find a much better experience elsewhere on the lake. First of all, the food and drink is inedible. I didnt know wine in Italy could be bad, but somehow this is. Second, the free cancellation policy is a scam - they funnel you a third party to try to get your money back. I upgraded my room to a lake view two months before arrival and they still charged me for both rooms and said there is nothing they could do about it.

The best thing going for the hotel is the lakeside view from the rooms. But the staff wasn’t always helpful, the manager disengaged, and the quality of the jacuzzi in the room not worth the extra money. While parking is free; it’s very limited and so you pay an extra 15 euros for a guaranteed spot. Everything is a drive away from the hotel, which is good for a little quiet but bad for non-property dining options especially if you want to enjoy the region’s wine. The lakeside infinity pool was beautiful but SO freezing cold I couldn’t enjoy. There are plenty of other options for hotels in the region; seek them out.

We came across this gem of a hotel when I was planning a trip to the Franciacorta region. We were traveling with my daughter, so we booked the Family Room. The staff were very helpful from the start of our visit. They advised us which winery to visit and even called to make sure they were available. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant the first night and then drove to the town of Iseo for gelato. We were so pleased to see such a vibrant town on the water. We also spent time at the infinity pool enjoying the view. As an American/Dutch family, we were pleased to see almost exclusively Italians. After the following weekend in Como, we decided that Iseo is more our style, with tons of sports to do and a fabulous hike straight up the hill across from the lake. We loved our weekend there.

Araba Fenice is located on Lake Iseo and provides wonderful views, excellent service, comfortable accommodation and two excellent restaurants. The infinity pool adds a delightful and restful addition where you can swim parallel to the lake whilst enjoying the amazing scenery and maybe a glass of the locally produced wines. Pilzone station is less than 10 minutes walk away and provides links to towns and villages both north and south of the lake including a one stop trip to Sulzano where you can catch a ferry every 20 minutes to Mount Isola to sample delicious local delights on this fascinating and beautiful Lake island. The hotel will offer shuttle services at a price per person each way nevertheless the local trains, ferries or possibly a hired bike will let you explore Lake Iseo at your leisure whilst getting to know the area and people around the lake so much better. Alternatively just relax around the pool whilst the helpful staff look after you. Enjoy!

A wonderful hotel. All staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Food was excellent (mostly fish so if fancy a steak/burger it's not on the menu). Quite isolated. About 25 minute walk into Iseo town. Very doable and flat. I've given it 4/5 because the room was disappointing. Leaky shower screen (big puddles on the floor every time), stains on the ceiling from air conditioning unit, dirty toilet brush. All reported to reception during our stay and they tried to sort what they could but, obviously, some of the things pointed out needed fixing once we had left. Clean room though and attended to daily. I did miss a balcony to dry swimsuit and towels. Only other slight negative was no complementary water (even if just on arrival) and cheap toilet paper. BUT, we would stay here again as we had the most relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The hotel felt a little Great Gatsby esque with the pool on the lake and the music late in the evening. I liked the other people staying in the hotel, all of us pretending we were way cooler than we were but friendly none the less. The service was friendly and sincere. The floating pier room was a testament to the life and art of Christos and was worth the splurge in my opinion. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 days what a great place. I had booked a classic room but we had a side view of the Lake which was great . Our room was really nice - clean ,fresh and good bathroom The infinity pool was fabulous and so amazing to be able to soak in the view The team at the hotel were really lovely - helpful and friendly Breakfast in the terrace restaurant was such a great way to start the day Highly recommend
