There are about 12 washing places in the bathroom, 6 〜 7 people, no inner bath, open-air bath, sauna and water bath. This hotel is directly connected to the pedestal deck of Mito Station. I was attracted to the size and location of the room at Daiwa Roynet Hotel and used it. The size and cleanliness of the room are as expected. As for the facilities, it is not necessary to renew, but it felt a little old compared to other Daiwa Roynet hotels I recently used. The lower floors are equipped with commercial facilities, and breakfast is eaten at the izakaya on the first floor. It is adjacent to the elevator entrance, but you have to go out once and it is cold in winter. Considering the cold and bad weather, I think it would be good to go directly from the elevator hall. Also, since there is no bread for breakfast, it may be tough for Westerners in the morning. I wanted bread because it was simple like bread and butter rolls.

We used it on our return from Sendai. I arrived at the station because it was dark, but I was able to go without hesitation because I understood the signboard. There was a supermarket and convenience store right in front of me, so I could shop. The room was large and clean enough. Because of the double window, the track was close, but it was quiet and I could sleep well. Due to the influence of the new corona virus, breakfast was served and lunch was cold and hard. I left about two-thirds of them, and I think it's better to make a reservation without meals and warm them at a convenience store nearby. I was satisfied except breakfast.

I heard from locals that it was a good hotel with goods. The customer service is also firm. But it is never ”a elegant response”, but it is very comfortable with the response of the feeling that it is ”a little to the regular and responds comfortably” though there is a courtesy but warm. I, my friends, my friends, have been around １０ nights, but I have never felt dissatisfied with each time. It is not very near the train station but walkable. Lobby is very spacious and roomy. Staff are very attentive. Enjoyed the onsen a lot! We were given a corner room and the vent was very noisy. The bed is moderately hard and so were the pillows. However, upon request, they changed us another room without much hesitation. They are also very prompt with their service when extra pillows were requested.

The front desk, the amenities, and the cleaning of the room were very good. However, I couldn't sleep well because I could hear the snoring in the next room all the time, probably because the walls were thin. This time it's snoring, but I thought I couldn't do it if I thought that I could hear the voice. Sorry 😢

千葉県に所用があって家族で出かけましたが、コロナウイルスによる緊急事態宣言下でしたので、宿泊するのは諦めて長野県に帰る途中で泊まることにしましたが、千葉から近く緊急事態宣言が出ていないところと言うので、つくば市に泊まることになりました。高速道路のインターチェンジから近く、研究学園駅の隣と言うことでアプローチもわかりやすくて、非常に助かりました。スタンダードツインを２室利用しましたが、２台のベッドも広く清潔で気持ちよく泊まれました。 夕食は、ホテル内の和食（わだ家）でとりました。日曜日は混み合うので予約した方が良いとチェックイン時にフロントで言われましたので個室を予約してもらいました。他を気にせず家族で和気藹々で美味しくいただきました。おすすめのしゃぶしゃぶは絶品でした。朝食はイタリアンレストランのLa Portaでバイキング形式でしたがコロナ対策もしっかりしてあり気持ちよく食事できました。
