Everything very good except the quality of the restaurants, which is quite poor.
Preferred club service is not worthy (actually the zones without this VIP service are more calm and exclusive).

Een heerlijk hotel voor een paar relaxte dagen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en mooie zwembaden. Laatste 2 dagen upgrade naar Preferred genomen, zeer aan te raden. Gebruik van Lounge, Spa en Infinity Pool uiteraard. Geld meer dan waard!
Eten is divers, voldoende vertier en prima lokatie. Bezoek aan Rubicon is aanrader, ook gebruik van Link step zeer aan te raden. Indien je met OV naar de Aeroporto gaat, stap op bij de haven (Muelle de Playa Blanca) en niet bij de Estacion.
Hotel is zeker een aanrader!

Amazing experience, lovely hotel with big rooms, so many different types of pools and restaurants. Safe and all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location also great.

Had an amazing 4 night stay, check in was not great however the hotel was excellent, stayed in a preferred club room and the swim up pool was really nice.

What a stunning hotel and I was lucky enough to get an upgrade when I arrived. The hotel, the rooms and pool areas are all very modern and it is in a gorgeous location. It is more suitable to adults rather than children (entertainment) but the 7 pools and slides in one of the pools is great for the kids.
The only negative was the service in the buffet restaurant - they didnt seem to have a lot of staff so it was hard to get a drink and it seemed a little disorganised for a 5 star hotel.

Struttura nuova e ben organizzata, peccato che per le famiglie qualsiasi extra sia a pagamento perche impossibilitati a comprate cemere “preferred”. Cibo da dimenticare… se siete italiani prendete solo colazione. value for money bassissimo. Non ci tornerei!

Todo muy bien a excepción de la comida. No es acorde a lo que se espera en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Zumo no natural, café de máquina muy malo y buffet de calidad muy justa.
