To był piękny hotel. Lokalizacja była dla nas idealna, ponieważ znajdowała się w spokojniejszej części hotelu, chociaż nie można było do niej dotrzeć bez wózka golfowego lub taksówki. Śniadanie rano było świetne. Ma bardzo małą plażę, ale wspaniały basen. Personel był przyjazny i gościnny.

We have stayed at IZLA hotel since it 1st opened so we have seen the changes of time. The Property is in like new condistion still, Staff is great. However what has changed is the nickle and dime charges and the excessove cost of thier food. It was $30 per persn for Breakfast option, yet yoy ucould order ala carte breakfast for 1/2 that. They give you 1 small 16oz bottle of water per day and they only sell Evian in the gift store for a outrageous cost, They now charge extra of you want a bali bed which sat empty the wntire time we were there. As for the propertym the room it was all stellar as always to us.

The images on the website could be a bit deceiving, the pool is much smaller, the beach access as well.
The staff was hit and miss, some where super nice and friendly and others would totally ignore you.

The hotel & staff are very friendly, helpful and nice! It's location is a bit more secluded from the northern, busier part of town. There are a couple of restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk. The food is pretty decent, but it does cost a lot. The beach is tiny and there's a lot of sea****, but the view is beautiful and peaceful. The place is super clean, the lobby smells great and taxis are easy to get unless you choose the popular golf cart option, which is about $100/day.

The hotel was fine and clean, but it was really far away from everything interesting in Isla Mujeres. We rented a golf cart, but we would've had a much better time if we had stayed closer to the north side of the island. The restaurants were really expensive and not the best, so we felt like they knew they had a captive crowd who were reluctant to leave. The hotel does have a beach but it was full of sea**** and smelled awful when we visited, so beware of that.

Overall really great stay. Rooms were surprisingly large for 2 adults and 2 kids to cohabitate for 10 days without getting sick of each other. Food was pretty good for standard hotel fare. All the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate requests.

This hotel is overpriced in general, at the pool bar the servers will bring you more drinks than what you asked for because of happy hour, and you are stuck with the bill when checking out. Also the room service.. we got charged 15 USD for 3 ice cream scoops and 40 USD for a bottle of wine. We also had trouble sleeping, the pools are cold, there is not anything to do at the hotel, and the beach is small. Overall, i think it was a rip off.
