위치는 밤에가면 어디 구석에 대려가는것 같은 길이라서, 차가없으면 절대 나올수 없는 곳입니다.
호텔 중에 가장 시설이 좋은것 같아요. 깔끔하고 군더더기 하나 없습니다. 레스토랑도 개방감 있고 너무 좋아요.
서비스도 너무 좋았지만, 스칼렛 아르떼를 바로 전에 숙박했었기에 직원들의 친절도는 아쉬웠었지만, 회사의 적극적인 활동으로 모든것을 커버할 수 있을거라 생각합니다.
밥은 스칼렛아르떼보다 맛있고, 퀄리티도 좋아요. 액티비티가 없어서 아쉬운데, 추후에 회사가 더 투자하면 생길것이라 생각합니다.

I recently stayed at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres from June 15th to June 19th. While the hotel is new and some of the staff members are awesome, my overall experience was disappointing due to a an incident and the subsequent response from the staff.
During my stay, I had an accident in the preferred pool area when side table hit my foot during a quick wind storm. I needed basic assistance from the staff, including a bag of ice to prevent my foot from swelling. Unfortunately, it took a considerable amount of time for someone to come and provide the necessary help. It was evident to me that the staff is not adequately trained for such emergencies.
Moreover, I was informed that if I required medical assistance, it would be at my own expense. This response made me feel that the staff was more concerned with other matters rather than my well-being. This is not the quality of care and attention one would expect from a resort of this caliber.
Few hours later, I asked to speak with the manager regarding the incident because I wanted share my thoughts on how things were handled. The concierge manager assured me that the an upper manager would follow up with me. However, despite this assurance, I have not received any response from the hotel management regarding my concerns. This lack of follow-through further exemplifies the poor handling of the situation.
While the hotel itself is beautiful, I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves training staff.

This is a new resort that is still working on fully opening, but all the staff members I encountered were very friendly and polite, these qualities made my stay that more enjoyable (Thanks Wily & Paola)!!! The property is beautiful and well maintained, our room was nice and cool the entire time, and the bed slept well.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues and received no assistance from the management. Additionally, the dress codes at the restaurants are uncomfortably formal, considering the warm Cancun climate, which was a significant inconvenience. While the facilities are modern and visually appealing, the overall experience was marred by a complete lack of customer service.

Wasn’t offered or given the VIP guest bag, didn’t get a room upgrade when I asked for one, no VIP benefits. They didn’t care about the VIP status on Orbitz.

Over all is good, if you are a smoker is a bit problem.
You can only smoke in two places outside Lobby or by the beach. No other option inside the resort.
