挺好的好，看之前有些評論起初有點擔憂，但其實超出預期，相比性價比可以，餐食豐盛，服務熱情，晚餐時的泳池派對表演也有特色，可與隔壁Dream共享酒店資源是不錯的安排，能體驗兩個酒店的服務。衹是相對於hotel zone那邊這個區域有點不好找，uber司機走錯路繞半天才找到，另外這個海域水草很多不便下海游泳，好在有兩個酒店的泳池，最後推薦體驗海邊的餐廳

設施及其老舊，08年造的，同樣的錢可以住到更新更好的；服務人員勢利眼，給小費也不熱情回謝，彷彿我們欠他們一樣；房屋挑高很低很低。住着很壓抑照不進陽光。
The only good thing is their resturants，many choice though still low quality foods

此行去Cancun的最差決定就是選擇了這家酒店，堪比噩夢！！因為飛機票的原因需要延住一天才能走，於是在還沒入住的時候就在攜程上加定了一天，這個加定是我最大的失誤也是導致整個假期心情被毀的誘因！因為攜程的頁面都是默認為一個成人入住的，所以在沒看清選了一個人續住後，到了酒店前台發展續住的一天少定一位客人需要補一個人的差價，這時候酒店的騷操作來了，原來網頁上顯示一人和兩人的差別是750人民幣左右，然而前台讓我補的差價是380美元！！！一個手誤操作居然要補等同於2750人民幣的差價！而且攜程溝通幾天都沒有辦法讓酒店接受正常的價格！！我是續住一天，並且是加一位又不是減一位，於是前台像兩個**男女一樣表情冷漠且噁心地説他們沒有辦法就是要這樣操作，尤其是那位叫Dylan的男性主管，絲毫沒有服務意識和作為度假型酒店服務人員的基本素質，完全沒有一句解釋，像開黑店一樣命令我付380美元的人頭費！就這種二三流餐飲外加路邊攤一樣的夜市酒店也配？！2963.95人民幣+380美元，超過人民幣5500多元一晚的噁心酒店讓我畢生難忘，第二天即便有午餐提供我也不想看到這家酒店噁心的態度整理完行李就走，牛排五分做成全熟，燒烤還不如泰國路邊攤一半可口的酒店，還是留着割歐美人韭菜吧！真是後悔沒提早去國外網頁上查看此酒店的評語，都是一片罵聲（還各國語言的那種），可能南美去的國人不多，但是請各位千萬小心不要再踩雷，secrets一生黑！！

The service and staff were overall very good. The alcohol selection and food were also pretty good. They lacked in overall entertainment. The property could use a facelift. The access to the beach is not the most convenient. Also, they did not acknowledge any VIP status with ******* at all !

Walls seemed paper thin. You could hear every footstep outside your door. As well as a very very load AC UNIT in room. Almost felt like there was a washer or dryer above your bed. Not worth the money to upgrade our room and get no sleep.

The property is lovely. They could use more night time entertainment. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The overall stay was excellent!

The resort and beach are beautiful. All the staff were very nice and helpful except for the bartenders in the Desires night club. The service was slow and they ignored our group. Our mini bar and coffee were not restocked daily.

I loved all of the restaurants and the staff was always super attentive and super nice. Our favorite was Robin from Portofino and Joshua who recommended we visit Isla Mujeres.
