酒店服務非常差，歧視中國人，我住遍世界上的酒店，第一次碰到這麼奇葩的服務人員。我訂的是海景房,下午4點到酒店説沒有海景房，給了最差的房型，代理溝通也不行。酒店的海灘不可以游泳的，環境差，民宿的風景比它好多了。

It was a beautifully kept property with excellent staff and easy access to transportation. The food was great and it was so peaceful. It was exactly what we were looking for for a long weekend get away! Definitely recommend!

The property was understaffed. Meals were prepared in about an hour, and mostly inconvenient, pool side orders provided one waiter servicing the outdoor restaurant, pool bar, pool side and beach. You had to walk to the bar or cook to place an order. Also, one waiter meant food remained poolside for birds, stray cats and dogs to enjoy. The room service menu was limited and the food selections were juvenile (frozen nuggets,fries, bland nachos). The resort allowed only 1 beach towel person, so no laying out AND drying off with a different clean towel. No early check-in and a fee for any late check out. No face towels or bath towels provided, only dry towels in room. The “super king” room is actually 2 queen beds side by side, with the mattresses touching and 2 separate linens, so bedding super awkward and uncomfortable. Jacuzzi controls were hidden in a box, and the next door Gardner/Maintenance worker had to tell Beló guests how to power it on (well, the one that actually worked). Also,
hope that the one waiter notices you’re trying to open an outdoor umbrella else you won’t be able to relax underneath one, they remove the handles so guests can’t use them. Only one functioning elevator.

Check in was great. Very clean ocean view room. Overall staff was good.
For an all inclusive very poor buffet in the three mornings we were there was always limited and cold not warm at all , so ordered off the menu of course at a charge it was better. I felt that the dinner supper meals were not that great either.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was some restorations going on so each morning by 8:00 we were woken to those noises. The beach area is small and accessing the water is some what difficult with the large sandbags by the shallows. Food and drinks included in the all inclusive were good though breakfast could have been better. Overall I’d recommend for a hotel away from the craziness of Cancun. The island is wonderful.

The staff was excellent, each depar**ent worked hard to deliver superior service. It’s small, quaint and mostly quiet. It felt like a retreat from the crowds. Our only complaint is a couple of days the music at the pool was a bit too much, we sat on the beach but the place is small. Our fault, we should of talked to the staff. We appreciated the fresh food in the restaurant, lots of fresh fresh vegetables choices. We ordered the Mexican corn and grilled vegetables every day. It’s a small place with one restaurant, snack bar and room service. All three were excellent, with room service being the best I have ever experienced. We will look at visiting Hotel Belo again.

This hotel is clean and the staff are good. I would not purchase the all inclusive again because the menu is the same everyday. I would suggest they have an off menu nightly special to break it up. The beach is very small and not inviting so we spent our beach time on the other side of the island. Despite the hotel having two options of transport they do not offer transfers to and from the ferry. When we arrived we asked about shortening our stay by a day because of our early flight that we would not make because of the ferry times and were told that they would ask management and let us know. They did nothing and were surprised when we were checking out a day early. They did agree to credit us for one day if we decided to come back. The staff were very helpful when I fell due to limited sight and their uneven sidewalks. The height difference between the grass and sidewalks is significant in places. I would suggest a rail instead of caution tape. Overall stay here for the room as a dropping off place while you enjoy the island.
