酒店服務非常差，歧視中國人，我住遍世界上的酒店，第一次碰到這麼奇葩的服務人員。我訂的是海景房,下午4點到酒店説沒有海景房，給了最差的房型，代理溝通也不行。酒店的海灘不可以游泳的，環境差，民宿的風景比它好多了。

We really enjoyed our stay, perhaps the only thing that would have been nicer was if the pool bar stayed open later. There were bicycles available to borrow and we rode them to Playa Norte. Led us to taking in a massage on site and they were great. Next day we rented golf carts to tour island and hotel staff was great to arrange the rental.

Pros- amazing staff. Nice rooms. So much potential
Cons- everything closes to early. The pools are about 50 degrees. And the beach is not swimable. You can access it but you would want to.

We travelled with a group of 10 for a 40th birthday to Hotel Belo on arrival we had decorations in our room very nice touch. They went beyond all expectations, we had a great event with a special dinner and decorations thanks to Gretter we will remember this trip forever. She is by far the best at organizing and making sure the event was perfect. We also rented the yatch for 2 hours which was a great experience would recommend this to any group going to Beló. The food is excellent the staff is amazing everyone is really nice especially Carlos, Aleandro, the restaurant manager and the chef. We will definitely go back to Hotel Belo. They made everyone in our group feel special. A trip to remember because of the great staff and facilities. Just beautiful place.

Loved the size of the property. Alittle language issues but overall not much of a problem. Would of liked a few different choices for evening meal.

Great staff! I did all inclusive so I paid nothing extra. Fast check-in and my room upgraded at no extra charge. Food was great for it to be all inclusive (shrimp, steak, chicken, mussels, burgers, fries etc.) It's not buffet and is cooked when ordered. Drinks were watered-down but I added my own alcohol to make them to my liking. Room was very clean. They don't provide washcloths, just hand towels and towels so bring your own. Lots of things to do on the island. I would stay again.

This place was fantastic. Quiet area, extremely friendly staff, great massages, clean rooms, overall wonderful. The only two downsides were if you wanted to take a cab to downtown, it was 150-200 pesos one way, and the beach at the hotel was like pretty much non existent.

This property is not your normal all inclusive, it is small and that made it very quiet. We never had to go down early to get a chair at the pool or the beach. This was the most comfortable bed I have ever had in Mexico, normally it's like sleeping on cement.
The location is not close to the main centre so if you want to go to town you would need to take a taxi or rent a golf cart. There is a golf cart rental less than a block away from the hotel.
My only issue is the "rules" state that you must not have bathing suits or muscle shirts in the restaurant, which is completely appropriate, it's a nice restaurant. However, there is no place to get a drink, but the restaurant. The swim up bar needs to be open the same hours as the pool hours.
If you are at an all-inclusive you don't want to wait until 12:00 to get a drink. You can get a drink in the restaurant but need to go from the pool into the restaurant.
They do have staff that come around the pool to bring you drinks but they also start later.
There is only one restaurant, and it is good food, however for a week stay you get tired of the same choices.
Fransisco, Jaro and Juan Carlos are excellent waiters, very friendly and accommodating.
Barbara at the front desk is very friendly.
Best WIFI we have had travelling.
Overall, I would recommend this property.

Pros: Staff was beyond magnificent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and kind. I personally liked the size of this hotel. As someone with disabilities, the quaintness of this hotel made it easy for me to get around. Our room was nice and loved the balcony, although I would prefer a little separation or privacy from neighbors. excellent location to view sunsets!
Cons: The beach area was small, but of course this hotel can not change that. In the main pool, I wished there was a handrail on the steps leading into pool. I have mobility and balance issues and only got in once as I was SO afraid I would fall. So this was a disappointment to me personally.
