Jedzenie tutaj jest gówniane. Super drogie i gówniane. Jedzenie w pokoju to żart. Przysięgam, że pizza ze sklepu spożywczego smakowała 10x lepiej, ale zapłaciłem za nią 30 dolarów. Powiedzieli, że zdejmą to z rachunku. Przyjdź i sprawdź, kierownik Uriel powiedział, że nie może tego zdjąć z rachunku. Może dać tylko 50%, ponieważ nie ma raportu. Poprosiłem go, aby porozmawiał z dwoma osobami, z którymi rozmawiałem (obsługa gości i facet z obsługi pokoju, z którym miałem do czynienia), ale powiedział, że NIE CHCE. Może, ale nie chce. URIEL OBSŁUGA KLIENTA MENEDŻERÓW TO ****. „Mogę się z nimi skontaktować, ale nie mam ochoty” to jego dokładne słowa. Zapłaciłem za pizzę, która dosłownie smakowała jak karton. Mogę kupić mrożoną pizzę w sklepie spożywczym i kuchenkę mikrofalową, ale smakowałaby lepiej niż ich zawyżona pizza z obsługą pokoju.
Zapłaciłem też około 800 kanadyjskich za noc za wakacje. Myślałem, że będzie lepsze jedzenie niż to?

中規中矩的一個酒店，環境都可以，但是離7字區域的酒店還是不方便，距離較遠！打車不方便，門口停的出租車都是很貴！！！

The best hotel ive stayed my entire life! If i could give 101 stars, i would! The entire staff went above and beyond!!! They are really the best. I would definitely go back to this hotel with my family and friends.

Our family had the best time , all the people that work there were absolutely great .( Santiago David and the 2 other ladies from activities) are incredibly ,bar thender by the pool unbelievable. We would definitely go back to this resort.

My son got sick from the pool. The maintenance team did not put chlorine and did not have enough PH in the pool. For a high resort you should pay attention to the pool. You have chrck with all thrir fee bevause they are seeking about it.

I loved how secure the area was. The resort was very clean and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Water is defiantly something I worried about but Villa Del Palmar had everything purified and clean. Did not get sick at all! Did not explore much of the food options as the reservations are fully booked days prior before but we actually just walked up to them and asked if they had opening and we were able to get seats. So I would advise to ask in person too as an option. The only thing close to walk is a gas station and a pharmacy. Definitely not in a tourist area as you would have to take a taxi 20 mins to the actual tourist area. I would defiantly book again though. :)

Our experience at this hotel was amazing, from being picked up at the airport to walk in and immediately acknowledge by all the staff members.Concierge offering champagne or cold water when we arrived, it was an absolute pleasure staying here. The service is outstanding.
I will definitely be staying here again. Planning a vacation in mid June 2024 with the rest of my family will certainly be staying here again.

Very clean and very well maintened. check-in and check out could be more faster than that. If you book through ******* is hard to find someone to clarify your promotion especially if you don't have all inclusive in your reservation. Overall is nice experience and nice stay.
