Secrets Impression Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive - Adults Only

很棒的體驗，下次準備體驗一下另外的Secret系列，跟男朋友一起，真的是一次特別難忘的體驗，酒店不大～加定了一晚

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this all inclusive resort. Several really good things, starting with the host who greeted us for the boat ride to the island. Drinks and food were offered there and they didn’t stop offering for the entirety of the trip. The pools were incredible and we ended up spending more time poolside at the rooftop than we expected. The view of the sea was incredible. We took several “classes” that were offered, including a great one by Lorenzo on pasta making. It was delicious and he and Abraham were a lot of fun too. Later Abraham also taught us candle making. My favorite may have been the “flavors of Mexico” taught by Romano. Wow. So good. We ordered room service for breakfast every day, though the menu was limited. Overall the trip was great. The minor misses would be several items left off of the breakfast orders, like jelly, etc. One class was full when we tried to register. The slide was closed the first 3 days we were there. Snorkeling was not for beginners, so I was left behind and didn’t care for it. Asked for ice one night and it took a couple of hours. The butlers weren’t always quick to respond.

I stayed here for 1 day and 1 night. The breakfast portions were tiny and the food was not good. The menu descriptions did not match the actual items that came out to the table. There were very limited comfortable seating options around the pool. All the chairs are half submerged in the pool water. Also, there was a fire show going on during the evening. The music was blaring loud. You could hear it in our room all the way on the 4th floor even when the door was closed. The music was so loud until 11pm. We could not sleep or relax at all from about 8pm to 11pm, all you could hear was the bass and music. It was ridiculous. For a resort that touts itself as a wonderful place to relax, I’d never go back. Honestly stay anywhere else on the island.

Stay away from this Hotel. Is not what they sale. It is just for pictures. Food was basic for the type of hotel and the Mexican and pool food was horrible. Not to talk about the breakfast with the old taste on the nuts. The only place you can eat good was the steak restaurant. In addition Spa is mediocre even the food is breaking apart and 2 of the facilities were closed ( out of order ) after paying for price. No discount ! Taking about the beach they have is not really what you see in pictures is very nasty and soft on the bottom Mini bar they don’t replace the drinks and if you call they take an hour for everything even when you sit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They were at 30% I mean empty but if you go you will see it. So prepare yourself to starve. No music or activity on roof top because customers on 5th floor complained so also prepare to be in complete silence where the mood for vacation or drinking will be dead. There are better hotels than this one. And no need to be going up and down the stairs every time you need to go to the beach or the Italian or to another pool. Is horrible. Believe me I’m not not Lying check YouTube videos before going to this hotel I will not recommend this particular resort to nobody

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and cannot stop saying how great of a place this was. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the food was amazing, and the views were incredible. It was hard to believe that this place was real! We did several activities with the entertainment crew - AB, Pablo and Brian, including a cooking class lead by Chef Grizelda making delicious chile rellenos, a tequila tasting, star gazing, and a nighttime Mayan show. These guys were awesome and we loved hanging out with them. They are a big reason as to why our stay was so lovely. The hotel has many dining options and we ended up going to Spezia 3 times during our 6 day stay because we loved it so much. Edgar was our waiter 2 times and he was very attentive and helped us make great selections. The Cacio e Pepe was the best I've ever had. He was such a pleasure to speak with and made us feel like we were at home. He brought the chef out each time and the chef made by husband a special fish dish on our last night that he loved. Edgar brought us the Lemon Meringue Tart and it was by far the best dessert we had while there. Even though this was our favorite, all of the restaurants were great. The steakhouse was the most basic food wise but the service was awesome. The sides were better than our main of the ribeye. For one of our last meals, Guillermo made us table side crepes at Unik for breakfast and they were delicious! He was such a pleasure. Breakfast most days was at Wildfire with the La Vista menu and the service and food were top notch. Our very last meal was at Wildfire because we had to get the chicken torta one last time. Carlos was our server most of the mornings and he was delightful. We told him we had to catch our taxi in 30 minutes and he made sure we got our food and drinks with plenty of time to spare, while also getting us a goodbye dessert saying "hasta pronto". That kind gesture was huge for us. We also really enjoyed our time in all the pools and loved the main pool with the swim up bar. Daniel and David were our bartenders and they were so kind and made awesome drinks! There are also bartenders and servers at the hotel beach that will bring drinks and food directly to you, even while in the water. Your stay includes 2 butlers to help make sure everything is perfect. Angel and Jenny were ours and they helped with our arrival, setting up reservations, golf cart rentals, spa services and took care of everything in between. We had to take the ferry back on the last day due to the winds and Angel made sure everything was buttoned up so that we just had to get into the taxi. When we arrived at the ferry landing, there was an Impressions worker there who helped with our bags and gave us direction and when we landed back in Cancun, there was another Impression worker (Salvador) who made sure our transportation to the airport was there and timely. The only small con I have about our stay is that they Hyatt Vacation Club reps are very aggress

This was our first time at Impression Isla Mujeres, by Secrets. This resort was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. There is plenty to do at this resort. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options. Our butlers, Ritik and Omar were on top of it. Anything we needed or questions we needed answered they were very helpful and friendly!

Amazing view, great room condition, fantastic foods If you want to best vacation, don’t hesitate. It’s one of the best resort I have never been. All of restaurants are good, especially Spezia is the best. Vogole is recommended ! The crews are very kind and skillful Pancho Francisco and Marco especially kind and they made a good memory. But one thing is ocean partial view room need to explain about view it has. (It is a opposite side of the ocean view room)

Our butlers Wedinzon & Josias were AMAZING. They were VERY helpful, thoughful, & patient. Wedinzon & Josias made certain to complete any task & if we had any problems it was handled without any hesitation. Thank you Wedinzon & Josias for making our 10 year anniversary AMAZING

This was the nicest all inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. The food, service, cleanliness, grounds were all perfect. The amenities were equally amazing. You can order food and drinks from anywhere, they’ll do your laundry at no additional charge — someone even came around to clean our sunglasses while sitting on the deck! Our butler, Angel, was top notch — he responded instantly and took care of our needs.
