The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

Probably the best hotel in Pakistan. My wife and I stayed there 5 nights. They have complimentary transportation from Airport and return to airport. Great well trained staff. Great food. We got an upgraded large room. Food was excellent I did not like the bedside lighting control system. There is no taxi stand outside hotel. If you arrive by a taxi, you have to walk numerous steps to get to the hotel. They do have rent a car available 24 hours. Good security. They have live music. Staff is just excellent. We love the hotel. They greet you as if you are a king

Had delightful lunch at Rakaposhi with friends on a rainy afternoon in Islamabad. The food was great but the service was even better, thanks to our server - Asif from Chitral. The cafe has outdoors seating as well that we were eager to enjoy, but unfortunately due to the intermittent rain, the admin didn’t allow. Nonetheless, a wonderful and memorable afternoon!

I booked Lake View deluxe room but I was given the room in first building first floor and not any kind of lake view. They lied and cheated me for 400$ which I paid for two rooms, 134 & 136. I have asked them to refund me. Moreover room had one screw loose on ground holding carpet via metal bar which hurt my wife. Nobody apologized and even came for repairs.

We visited Serene Lounge Islamabad International Airport and had a great there.The staff were very friendly and helpful, Rameez Ali served us with fresh Orange juice and some fresh food. The service was very good, a great experience! I have travelled all over the world but the hospitality by the staffs especially Rameez Ali was highly appreciable exceeding my expectations.

We visited the new Serena Lounge at Islamabad International Airport and were very pleasantly surprised. We had first class service from Rameez on the reception desk and enjoyed a lovely fish meal cooked freshly for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff & it’s a great initiative by the Serena to provide a quiet haven in a chaotic airport with fresh food instead of the deep fried stale offerings of other lounges.
