This hotel totally surpassed my expectations. There is a charming green yard to walk around. The rooms offer the ideal balance of comfort and elegance because they are roomy, exquisitely furnished, and spotlessly clean. The personnel were attentive, and always happy to help; the service was excellent. Everything about the trip was outstanding, this hotel honestly is one of my favorite ones so far. It's a pleasant and rejuvenating holiday that I highly suggest.

it was a comfortable stay,but they did not have the shutle service to airport,(that is misleading and bad impresion)
otherwise was a good stay,staff was very friendly, bellboy was very helpfull and the night shift receptionist was really friendly and helpfull,caried our laguage to taxi at 5 00 am. thanks will be back again.

neglected and very dirty hotel, the room smelled of smoke even though I asked for non-smokers. dirty bathroom, black mold in every corner, smells like sewer. free dogs in every corner, (not suitable for those who are afraid of dogs) cats eating leftovers on the reception furniture. positive point the restaurant is not bad, you eat typical food (Kebap shis, adana etc ...) all grilled.

Reception agent dishonest not hesitating to lie to guests with regards to official information in order to get as much money into their pocket as possible. Absolutely no professional integrity. I was told that the 15-minute taxi ride to the airport only costs 30€ and that no alternative exists. After checking with local friends, they told me it was a lie. I managed to order a taxi on the Bitaksi app, even in the middle of the night, for less than 8€! Also, the show door was missing, the A/C would not work, and the local dogs barked all night long. General feeling of insecurity. Stay away from it!

I really enjoyed this place. I was looking for the place near the airport and this one was a perfect one according to police and location. People there are friendly, rooms are clean and nice, food is delicious. Especially I enjoyed the view from the restaurant

We took an Uber from Istanbul Airport and arrived at 20:00. Despite our late arrival housekeeping did not have a room ready and we had to wait 15 minutes for a room to be prepared. The man on the desk did his best to explain that he would book us an airport taxi the next morning for 05:45, however we were left banging on the reception door in the morning to wake him up, and to find that a taxi had not been called for. This left us waiting for a taxi 45 minutes later than we planned and quite stressed on the morning we were due to leave!! The hotel setting is very convenient, about 15 minutes from the airport. The gardens are very pretty and were a nice place to have a final drink on the last night of our trip. The rooms are a good size and reasonably well appointed. The lingering smell of tobacco smoke and large stains on the carpet detracted from this however. Overall this was the worst hotel we stayed in on our trip, but if you are looking for a cheap bed (€40) for the night within 15 mins of the airport I’m not sure there are many other options!

Hotel is close to airport which is great, however middle of no where so literally nothing around.
Rooms are on hills, it's quit a workout to get to your room and have few stairs. Not recommend for someone with multiple bags or physical limitations. Absolutely not wheelchair accessible. Room was nice but not cleaned well. Windows had been left open for clearly some time. There were spider webs in almost every corner, little dead bugs and live bugs walking around and lastly lots of aunt's. Bathroom walls and floors. When I unpacked my suitcase found a significant amount of aunt's. Its nice place, mountain views but the bugs and accessibility were too difficult for me.

The property is a nice place and really close to the airport but the staff cheated me with prices for a taxi back to the airport and charged the double price. This was an open lie and made both me and the taxi driver angry and therefore I wouldn't recommend to stay there although the place could be really great.

The hotel is an animal friendly hotel. Room size are good enough. 15 minutes to new Istanbul airport. We stayed in for 2 nights, breakfast was enough, dinner was excellent. There could be more entertainment facility. The receptionist was very polite and helpful
