Das Hotel war leider sehr schlecht. Die Zimmer war sehr sehr schmutzig und ekelhaft. Nicht mal die Teller waren sauber!! Also nie wieder. nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr schlecht.
Die Bettwäsche waren auch schmutzig. Alles kaputt. Die Klimaanlage war auch kaputt. Also bitte melden!

The most horrible experience I had with a hotel (I can’t even call it a hotel).
DO NOT get tricked by the photos!!!
We booked 3 double rooms for 5 people for 2 day, I regret I didn’t had time to reed the reviews!!! Totally ruined our 2 days in Istanbul.
1. Unsafe area!
2. You can’t breathe inside the rooms! Smells like a closed smoking area + very strong mould smell
3. The guy from reception was rude, one of the rooms he gave us was used and horribly small
4. The bathroom, again Horrible, that’s not a shower, it’s just a hole in the floor next to the toilet, I tried to take a shower because I was coming from a long trip, everything got wet the toilet, the bin next to the toilet, the floor started to fill up because it didn’t drain fast, awful, disgusting
5. After spending maximum one hour in this place we left the luggage here and went to find another place to stay.
6. We came back to pickup the luggage and the guy from reception said: you can go, you won’t get a refund!
7. Total waste of time, money and energy!!!

I was placed in a basement room absolutely disgusting, was the worst room I have ever seen in my life. DO NOT GO THERE. Sockets out of the wall, they obviously didn't hear about 'health and safety' in their life. SO MUSH DIRT AND MOULD AND HORRIBLE SMELL. They said they haven't taken the money from ********** and the ********** (*******) says they can't get the money back from the hotel. All liars. Why are they still in business?? The roof garden was yuck, no plants at all, only cement and dumped garbage, the chair abandoned with no cushion. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Room had some mold and no window. Room was adjacent to the dinning room so you cannot sllep after 7:30AM.

Sorry to inform you that despite the excellent location and the very helpful personnel the conditions were terrible, no AC, mediocre services, no sound isolation, no elevator ….
But very fair price ! At the end you get as much as you pay
