I didn’t stay in deluxe hotel, you called when it was 12 pm that there are no available room in that hotel and you gave me another hotel which didn’t my expectations at all
Its a really bad experience and I don’t want to stay at this hotel anymore and i want to cancel my booking with a full refund
This is not acceptable at all .

位於老城區，步行到清真寺衹有五分鐘。周邊有很多餐館，但酒店位於相對安靜的路上，門口有小花園，整體比起那些臨路的酒店安靜得多。房間比較小，兩個人的行李箱平鋪到地上基本上就沒有過道了，但乾淨整潔。頂樓的早餐廳是亮點，遠眺風景很驚艷。早餐也還可以，中國胃也能找到可吃的，衹是現磨咖啡另行收費。唯一缺點是前台服務沒有我們此行其他酒店熱情真誠，預訂的房間沒有了居然入住時都沒有告知，任憑我們在攜程投訴後才給我們換了房間。但瑕不掩瑜，整體還是比較滿意。

位置是太好了，就在藍色清真寺後，到6樓餐廳，可以直線距離100米正對看着藍色清真寺，左斜方看索菲亞大教堂。
早上，可以看到日出，太漂亮了。
必須要給他家的早餐點贊。
工作人員服務很好，很標準化式的服務。
酒店房間面積不大。
距離t1不到100米距離，搭乘方便。
真心推薦這家酒店，其實去地下水宮殿、託普卡王宮、文明博物館、埃及集市，都不算遠。

The hotel is in good place, you can walk to lots of attractions places. There are alot of restaurants around and transport like tram, trains and buses. The reception is helpful if you want to get a taxis with reasonable prices to the airport. Musa the receptionists is very friendly and always helpful.

Staff was super friendly and really took great care of us the view from the room was spectacular of the Blue mosque also the sixth floor breakfast area also had the great view of the Blue mosque.

The corner room was spectacular with the Blue Mosque right outside our window. We loved the total experience. The hotel decor made us feel like we were staying in the Ottoman dynasty. The staff was fantastic, and we will stay there again in our next visit to Istanbul. Sarya and Adnan, two of the many hotel associates were great.

Sarya was very helpful. Check-in went perfect with outstanding service from all staff. The hotel is beautiful and the view from the terrace restaurant was the BEST. Adnan, a hotel associate who went way beyond his job duties to help us must be recognized. Thanks for a wonderful Hotel experience.

Ideally located to easily walk to numerous historical sites like Grand Bazaar, Hippodrome, Constantine's Cistern,
