It was such a good experience with this hotel in one of the centers of Istanbul. We stayed in two rooms that were all clean, well organized, and lit, with very quiet and perfect air conditioning. It is a little bit overpriced, but worth it for the excellent open buffet breakfast.

This hotel is located central to everything, walking distance to the shopping mall, not far from Kadikoy if you love shopping. Its just a taxi ride away from everything. If you want hospitality & service at its best you should choose this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for long stays.

Malesef konaklayamadım rezervasyon tarihimle ilgili sorun yaşadım ama hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadınız bir daha asla sitenizden rezervasyon yaptırmayacağım

Otelin konumu ve genel durumu ***et iyiydi.
Fakat henüz check-out yapmamıştım ki odayı boşalttığıma dair bilgi gitmiş ve temizlik için kapıma geldiler.(saat 11:30 da) açıkçası bu durumu yadırgadım ve rahatsızlığımı bildirdim. Onun dışında herşey normaldi.

Zeer ontevreden. Allereerst was er gerookt in ons kamer en om dit te onderdrukken was er heel veel parfum/geur gebruikt.
Jaloezie tussen wc en kamer was kapot, waardoor je wc zag vanuit je kamer.
Wc deur ging kapot om 1 uur snachts en wilde niet meer open.
Na het douchen loopt al het water onder je voeten helemaal vol, waardoor er een enorme rioolstank vrijkwam en deze is in je kamer ook te ruiken.
Dit alles is gemeld en als oplossing kregen wij te horen dat we natuurlijk moesten ventileren dus een raampje open zetten.
Jaloezie werd afgeplakt met papier.
En dit allemaal voor een 4 sterren hotel.
Niet waar voor je geld.
