Location excellent.
Hotel manager..useless.
Politely asked day1 and in between for fixes. .. Nothing fixed till day 5(departure day)
Definitely different service / attention to different races.. Sad but reality even though money is the same...?
Hotel workers are all polite and do they best they can with what they have.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The location is superb, and the breakfast was good. We have our room upgraded into a bigger room, which has a view of the Bosphorus Strait. Their rooftop lounge is also great and has affordable price compared to other rooftop nearby.

vraiment trop de bruit la nuit, tous les soirs jusqu'à 2h du matin
Il y avait la fête avec de la musique très fort
(Bar ou discothèque)
c''est mal isolé on entend tout de dehors et entre les chambres.
Vraiment dommage ce bruit c'est pour ça que je note 3 sur l'emplacement, pas d'un point de vue géographique mais par rapport à la musique jusqu'à 2h du matin....

It was a really pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast team, Erhan, Ihsan and others was very welcoming and the service was excellent... and so was the breakfast. Overall, the stay here is highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Great, old style hotel in a busy street with plenty of bars and restaurants and extremely close to some of the many historical sights in Istanbul. First thing to say is that all the staff are extremely friend (sometimes too friendly?) and will assist at all times. The room was efficient we’d say, clean & hot water, all the essentials. Granted, you only sleep there but our room (in main block) was just too small for us. You have to be a contortionist to get from one side of the room to the other, as the bed is only 30cm from end wall & TV. And then you have a toy bathroom - ok, I’m not a small person, but I could only just get in the shower! Whilst I would stay here again for it’s location & helpful staff, I’d insist on a bigger room.

We stayed with family and friends during Easter. Good location, lovely hotel and very helpful staff . Nothing was trouble for the staff here and it was always with a smile. Cannot ask for more Thank you Onur , Erhan ,Seda and others .We look forward to our next trip and visiting again.

Good welcome service. Good size of rooms. Very friendly staff, especially Erhan, Ihsan & Seda at the breakfast service tried to be the most friendly help and supplied an excellent service. Location is so close to the most important sightseeing spots as well as close to tram, metro and all important markets. We would definitely come back.

The staff here are lovely and so helpful! Really made our trip special. Special shoutouts to Onur on the front desk; Erhan and Ishan at the breakfast. And a big thank you to Seda who is so kind. I have only positive things to say about our stay here. 100% recommend staying here if coming to Istanbul. It is really close to the blue mosque, hagia sofia and lots of cultural/historical sites. Spa downstairs was a great experience and rooftop restaurant has great views, both have discounts for guests of the hotel.
