Taksim Prelude Hotel

We checked out and my friend asked if she could use the bathroom and they said since you checked out you cannot. Using bathroom was right after checkout was over.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The three guys at the reception were all kind and always willing to help us. They helped us when we came across some health problems and they also took me to some shops near the hotel to find a specific product at 9 o’clock in the evening. they also helped us to arrange the best daily trip in Istanbul on the first day of our holiday in Istanbul. Finally Their kindness and willingness hid some small cons of the hotel. I’d recommend it for sure!

-Nothing was good about it. - The staff were rude.. except one - no cleaning services - Bed was very dirty and make noise all the time.. we asked for Solving the problem but they didn't do anything. - The area is very noisy until 4 o'clock in the mornings.. the windows of course are not soundproof - The area is very crowded and the driving option is unlikely - the staff are limited and most of the hospitality services are not provided - It is not preferable place for families - I don't recommend this place at all for anyone - مكان سيء للغايه ولا يعكس التعليقات التي قرئتها عنه سابقا - لا يوجد اي معايير للناظفه ابدا - طاقم غير متعاون ولا يقدم خدمات الاساسيه للعملاء - الاسره قذره والملايات ممزقه وعلاوه على ذلك السرير قديم ويصدر اصوات وعند طلب حل المشكله لا يقوم القائمون على الفندق بأي مبادره - المكان مزعج ويوجد مراقص قربه والازعاج وصوت الاغاني الى الفجر مع العلم لا يوجد نوافذ عازله للصوت في المجمل المنطقه مكتضه وخيار قياده السياره صعب جدا - لا يصلح ابدا للعوائل ولا انصح به لاي احد اذا اراد الراحه - خدمه الواي فاي سيئه للغايه ولا تغطي جميع الغرف

Helpful front desk service!

It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. Almost everything was bad. First I had reserved a room with this title: "Double Or Twin Superior room". But when we arrived the receptionist said that it depends on us to give you a double room and at the moment we can give you a twin room and if you want the double room you should pay extra to promote your room!! consider that I and my wife were sleeping in the hotel for 3 nights at a 1-meter distance!!! Let's talk about this 4-star hotel! I think even a 2-star is too much for this hotel. The lobby was as small as a little home and only 3 small sofas for sitting. The room was really small. The air conditioner's controller was not working and every time we wanted to turn it on or off, we should tell the lobby man. And guess what; the phone to dial was not working and I had to walk to the lobby every time. I told them several times and nothing happened for fixing these problems. Even they were ignoring to clean the room and in our 3day stay, they only cleaned our room 1 time and they did it after we put a lot of pressure on them! This 4star hotel even hadn't a toothbrush in its room and when I asked for it, they said we ran out of it!! Besides all these low-quality services, the noise during the night was too much. Every hour we were jumping out of bed because someone was yelling inside or outside the hotel. In conclusion, never try this hotel and I propose you ignore all hotels in Taksim square because most of them look the same.

Good hospitality

イスティクラール通りのすぐ近くで観光に便利。スタッフも丁寧で部屋も綺麗。Wi-Fiが遅いのと、繁華街の近くなので週末夜は少しうるさいのが少々難点。でも全体的にとても良いホテルでした。

Δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά και δεν κάνω λάθος που επιλέγω να μείνω στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Η τιμή πολύ καλη. Αψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Μόνο αρνητικό δεν υπάρχει αίθουσα πρωινού. Υπάρχουν όμως αρκετές επιλογές δίπλα. Θα ξαναπάμε σύντομα. Όλα πολύ καλά.

No puedo valorar el hotel porque ni siquiera he tenido la oportunidad de alojarme en el mismo. Lo que sí puedo valorar es el servicio de atención al cliente de este hotel que en mi caso ha sido nulo. He realizado una reserva para dos noches para estas navidades y una vez realizada la reserva me llega un mensaje automático del sistema de reservas diciendo que el método de pago se ha rechazado y necesita actualiz**** para que no se cancele la misma. A pesar de introducir varios métodos válidos de pago esto se repite en 3 ocasiones en 2 días consecutivos hasta que el hotel cancela la reserva unilateralmente sin previo aviso alguno ni ninguna notificación directa del hotel. Al ponerme en contacto con ellos me dicen que han cancelado la reserva ya que en Navidades no aceptan reservas de menos de 7 noches, cuando en NINGÚN momento aparece esa información durante el proceso de reserva y tampoco informan al resepecto una vez realizada la misma. En definitiva juegan con el tiempo de un posible cliente que se ha interesado en aloj**** en su hotel y ni siquiera se dignan a mandar un mensaje explicando la situación. De nuevo el hotel no lo puedo valorar pero su trato hacia el cliente pésimo.
