Perfect location few steps to gulhane tram station. Many restaurant surrounding. Bfast was good. Room also good enough

立地は最高です。 一部深夜スタッフにやる気がなかったり、停電したりシャワーのお湯が出なかったりしました。 また、旧市街の中心地なので周りのレストランなど全て高いです。 もし時間に余裕のある方ならアジア側に泊まって、フェリーや電車でこちらに来て観光するほうが良いかと。アジア側はここよりレストランも比較的安く、地元民が使うスーパーなどもあり生活しやすいです。 また外貨両替のレートもアジア側のほうがいいです。 時間に余裕のない方ならこのあたりの旧市街中心地に泊まって効率よく観光するのもアリですが…。

Well a lot to this review . The experience itself was amazing. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The entire facility was always clean. The location was perfect and within walking distance in Old Instanbul to all of the historical sites. I left an item and the staff promptly contacted me and made arrangements to have it sent. Apologies on my part for the confusion over delivery. Great communication before, during and after the stay. Thank you: Mr. Mohamed, Mr. IIham, Mr. Fuat, Mr.Arif (thank you twice!), Mr. Safak, and Mr. Numan.

was disappointed about the dishonest service. we left an item there, and the hotel staff told me I could not pay upon delivery. Cihan and Arif - two staff told me the total was 730 Turkish Lira. I transferred that amount to the bank account of Arif Furkan Tezcan. The package arrived and still had to pay a balance at the DHL office. It turns out Arif only paid 238 Turkish Lira. I paid the rest at the DHL office. Will never stay here again. It is unfortunate because at the end of our stay we generously tipped each of the front desk staff. Will never stay here again. For travelers-stay in Old Istanbul so you are near all of the historical sites but do not stay here.

This hotel is placed ideally for the Topkapi Palace, Haigia Sophia, Blue Mosque and other visitor attractions in that area. There is a tram stop at the corner which is great for getting you to the ferry terminals if you don’t wish to walk there, or near the Grand Bazaar, Sulimaniye Mosque in the other direction. The journeys are very short. We arrived in the middle of the night and were met by one of the reception staff who took our suitcases as the taxi driver could not park on the street. Check in was very swift and efficient. Breakfast is a great variety of continental Turkish fare, with four hot options daily. However if you are expecting a ‘full English’, you will be disappointed. Always a great variety of cold meats, cheeses, olives, breads, cakes etc. The hotel is scrupulously clean. Our towels were changed daily, bedding refreshed regularly and the floors mopped daily too. A small fridge, room safe and air-conditioning are included as well as two bottles of water daily. Despite the hotel being on a busy street with trams running past, we were never disturbed by the noise. There were only some minor *******: lack of plug sockets. I require the use of a medical device at night and there was no available plug socket or indeed bedside table on my side of the bed. I had looked at all the photographs of the rooms on the website, all of which appeared to have a socket at each side of the bed, so at 2.30am when we arrived, this threw me slightly. We had also brought double travel plus with usb charging sockets but were unable to use these as the wall sockets had lift up covers. The lack of a bedside table at my side of the bed meant that I had to put my spectacles and book on the floor when I switched off the light so had to be careful not to stand on them in the morning. The slot for the keycard flashed with a bright blue light all night so we had to cover it with some fabric to try and block it out. This could have been an issue to anyone sensitive to flashing lights. We had to climb a quite steep set of stairs which didn’t have a hand rail, to get to the lift on the side of the building where our room was. This could have been an issue for anyone with mobility problems. However, despite these minor *******, the best thing about this hotel are the reception and kitchen staff who are so pleasant, and can’t do enough for you. They are a real asset to this hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, firstly for its location, and secondly for the lovely staff.

Mi è piaciuto: posizione, centralissima, 10 min a piedi da Sultanahmet, 10 min a piedi dal porto di Eminonu (da dove partono traghetti per lato asiatico e Galata), vicino alla fermata del tram Gulhane; colazione, prevalentemente salata (tipica turca a base di formaggi, salumi, verdure, salse, uova strapazzate e sode), ma con buona scelta di dolce (sempre presenti crema di nocciole, marmellata, burro di arachidi, corn flakes e choco balls, frutta, dolcetti mignon, a volte anche una torta da colazione), diversi tipi di pane, latte freddo, succhi di frutta e bevande calde. Non aspettatevi cornetto con espresso, non siamo in Italia, per quello ci sono moltissime pasticcerie sparse per Istanbul. Ma posso dire che la colazione merita davvero, in termini di abbondanza e qualità; pulizia, ottima, con cambio asciugamani quotidiano; staff, super cordiale, gentile e disponibile (a causa di una chiusura imprevista delle strade nella giornata del 1 maggio, che ci impediva di lasciare l’albergo per il check-out, ci hanno aiutato a trovare una soluzione, hanno contattato il mio transfer per prendere accordi e ci hanno trovato un nuovo albergo per trascorrere la notte); Non mi è piaciuto: in realtà niente di rilevante per me, ma magari per qualcun altro potrebbe esserlo. Insonorizzazione delle camere inesistente, si sentivano gli schiamazzi degli altri clienti lungo il corridoio, i rumori del bagno della stanza accanto (doccia) e il tram che passa proprio lì sotto. Altro: letto molto comodo, stanza piccola ma con tutto l’essenziale (frigo funzionante, piccola scrivania con pouf contenitore, armadio, cassaforte, attaccapanni e grucce, phon, ciabatte, set bagno, vanity kit), refill giornaliero di acqua. Soddisfattissima di aver soggiornato in questo albergo, lo rifarei altre 1000 volte e lo consiglierei ad occhi chiusi!!

Останавливались всего на одну ночь, всё очень понравилось! Номер небольшой, чистый, есть всё необходимое. Очень понравилось расположение, в самом центре города, также нас встретили приветливые сотрудники отеля, всё рассказали, показали, помогли оформить трансфер до аэропорта. wifi был хороший, были разные шумы с улицы, но это всё-таки центр города, этот вопрос можно решить хорошими берушами) Уезжали ранним утром, к сожалению, завтрак попробовать не успели, но было очень приятно, что нам в дорогу дали небольшой перекус-завтрак с собой, за это отдельный респект) Однозначно рекомендую этот отель!

Хороший отель. Встретили радушно, заселили раньше на пару часов. На этаже всего два номера и было тихо. Планировка номеров располагает что будет меньше шума. Неожиданно крутой завтрак. Можно говорить на простом английском на ресепшене.
