I stayed on this hotel before and took the suit and was TOP. But this time, took a normal room. It was totally worse. It doesn't totally look like 4 start hotels. The pillow is so ****.
The main light wasn't working. And shower was blocked. Toilet flashing doesn't work properly, and the temperature is not working . I complained about it and asked to chang the room.they said we would send the service. Day later complained again they said the service man was not working we will send tomorrow. Till I check it out. They haven't fixed anything. I will definitely don't book again this hotel. If you do not book the suit, don't book this hotel because you pay 4 stars but you get 3 or 2 star rooms and services.

I can't believe that it's a hotel and that it's still open ...i have never seen this filthiness , mold , broken furniture , dust , it's not clean at all no one can sleep there am going to have skin problems from the sheets.i can't even give itv1/10

It was awesome. Adam was a real gentleman, so helpful. My whole family were happy and comfortable. Thank you Adam from the bottom of my heart.

Not good hotel for staying, it has very small room and very poor quality. It’s not 4 stars hotel and it seems 2 stars. I don’t recommend it and I will not book it. Of course the location is good and near the ground bazar.

Chambre propre, pas bien insonorisée par rapport à la rue très bruyante. Mais très bien situé et hôtel propre. Par contre le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe qui ne mérite même pas 1 étoile….machine à café en et non remplacé…..aucune viennoiserie que du pain de très mauvaise qualité si vous en trouvé!! Tout est à revoir pour le petit déjeuner. Quand on demande conseil à l’accuei, retour médiocre,..on les fait embêté avec nos questions.

L'Hôtel Glorouis a été une déception à bien des égards, notamment durant la nuit où les bruits incessants ont perturbé notre sommeil. Ce problème, combiné à un petit déjeuner médiocre et un spa mal entretenu, a terni notre expérience à Istanbul. Il est regrettable qu'un agent de voyage nous ait recommandé cet établissement alors qu'il existe sûrement de meilleures options au même prix, voire à un coût légèrement supérieur. Pas de viennoiserie, du pain perdu plus que perdu, du cake passé et sec, du salé en quantité mais sans qualité!

Morgenmaden var så kedelig, så vi valgte at spise ude, en omelet kostede ekstra.
Spa var ikke noget specielt og findes meget bedre tættere på centrum og til samme pris.
Vi bestilte det fordi, at det var 4 stjerner, men det levede det ikke op til.
