good location，very close to hava bus stop. Irfan is really nice, room is clean, facilities (like closet) is a little old but fine to use for tourists. If longer term state, can ask the hotel to provide a cook top

We booked the biggest room they had which was the family suite on the 4th floor. For starters this hotels lift could barely fit 2 people. Our room had a very pungent chemical smell which started making our heads hurt. I was using the toilet while all of a sudden a noise started coming and two seconds later there was dirty water coming out of the shower drain and toilet drain. They wouldn’t change our room and when we tried complaining the receptionist said that he couldn’t do anything and the owner was responsible, when we asked for the owner he said come back a day later we went a day later he said the owner can’t see you come back later we went two days later again and he said the same. We ended up changing hotels the very first day because that room felt like a complete health hazard.THEY WOULDNT GIVE US ANOTHER ROOM NOR A REFUND. (Also to mention their double bed couldn’t even fit two people)

Don’t be fooled by the pictures nothing at all as the picture it’s a big lie hotel was filthy smells like old old smoke my son and daughter have allergies and it was very hard to them to stay that night they would not give us a refund so we left the property anyways they don’t have coffee and the service is bad and dirty and they were under construction and it’s not a safe environment for people

The hotel is nothing as you expect in the pictures at all they were under construction the room smelled really bad old smoke couldn’t sleep my husband and daughter have allergies the rooms were dirty the customer service was not good. We complain to ********** and we couldn’t stay the rest of our nights .until now we have not received a refund for that reservation. I had to leave that hotel and book a new reservation at a different one

We stayed in the family room for 3 people. Nothing was working in this room. Toilet was not working properly. Shower area was so dirty you would not want to shower. All drawers were missing handles. Two out of four lights were operational. Sink was very dirty. same with dishes, glasses, utensils. I travel three or four times a year. never had such a disastrous experience.

Windows in the room 201 were not like the photo. Batteries missing from tv remote controls. Kitchenet counter old. 2 old AC units on balcony. Lots of construction material in halways/stair case. Bed was good, sheets/towels clean, hot water working.
