Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer ist zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett ist normal groß statt Kingsize gewesen, obwohl wir Kingsize gebucht hatten. Außerdem könnten die beiden Fernseher über einen Netflixzugang besitzen.
Die Straße vom Zentrum zum Hotel ist ein wenig steil, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran.
All in all waren wir dennoch zufrieden.

Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Für uns war das Bett etwas zu weich und wenn wir das Fenster geöffnet hatten, kam manchmal Zigarettengeruch von draußen rein. Natürlich nichts, wofür das Hotelpersonal etwas kann. Es sollte auch klarer informiert werden, wie viele Wasserflaschen kostenlos sind und ab wann man zahlt.

I liked the interior of the hotel, and the room was very comfortable.
I was very disappointed in the breakfast.
Maybe I was just hoping for more of a variety of food items.
It seemed a little sp**** to me.
The waiter asked me if I wanted juice. I said yes.
I asked for juice on both days and at check-out I was informed that there was a charge for this.
The 2nd day when I received my juice it was not even a full glass.
How disappointing!

Staff was super helpful and friendly, called the airport to inquire about lust luggage.
Make sure you ask for a non-smoking room.
Breakfast starts a bit too late if you're on a work schedule.

The check-in process was very easy and quick, and the staff was very nice and he provided many details about the facility and the streets outside. He also arranged our taxi early in the morning to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel to others and will come back to stay next time!

Our bathtube was dirty with some kind of yellow water/juice. It was so bad that we felt like vomitting. After complaining about the condition we got a new room.
On the next day the workers apologized and told us that they are investigating how it happened.
They told us that they believe that we did it and told that us directly. That was a very provocative and unpolite. We would never ever go there again. We can't recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel was just what we needed.
Central , handy for public transport , close to the Bosphorus. Neighbourhood restaurants and shops nearby. Great bookshop/cafe a few doors away. Service in the hotel was excellent - very helpful desk staff , especially Seddam at night. Rooms spacious, air-conditioned with fridge , kettle etc.
